Ugh, I know you guys like your burst comps, but would you want to live in a quadruple operative (double concealment, double medicine) arena world? If they buff the damage of explosive probe, I might cry. Not that I'll be subbed long enough to see the results, but I'm still curious to see the actual changes.

Damage wasn't the main issue. If they make no changes to survivability, dps OPs still won't be viable for arenas.

Man day 1 of my stream I named it Philip Rivers cleave. I don't actually like the Cowboys I just think it's sad how everyone is so mean to Romo all the time. Lions and Chargers are my 2 faves.

Right now it's 17-7 for the Jets, 27-17 for the Bengals, and the Chiefs are sitting their probowl players because their seed is locked. The Chargers are almost there!

One thing for sure, Bastion is more balanced across factions. And for late night action, you're going to want to go to the Bastion. POT5 has an early bedtime.

It's a different ballgame when all the teams are either 1200 rating or 2600 rating and it's a barren wasteland in between.

We actually did that lots for ranked 8v8, believe it or not. Didn't work out in the long run, as we can all see from the current state of things. At the end of the day, people wanna play with their friends and compete to be the best more than they want to escort little Charlie on his tour through the Chocolate Arenas.

New teams shouldn't be starting out playing top teams. There should be a learning/confidence gaining phase. We don't have that because the pool is too small.

Arenas are fine, competition is fine, the player pool is just too small. If there were enough players for matchmaking to work correctly, I think things would be fine and dandy. If they released arenas with launch, it'd be a much different story on so many levels. But people who wanted to play PvP competitively mostly all quit the moment they delayed the release of ranked 8v8. And trust me, I knew a lot of people who quit that very day (e.g. The entirety of the good players in Dara Mactire).
