This is somewhat misleading. As a professional post-production specialist, saying that a Windows box would be faster simply because of what's in the box is very, very wrong. There are many, MANY different working parts that go into post that must be factored in order to determine what the best working process might be, the least of which being that a lot of clients won't hire you in certain markets based solely on the fact that you're not an Apple house.
Truth be told, as far as business decisions go, most post houses use both PCs and Macs, as there are tools on each that do the job better for certain professionals (not to mention contractors - each has a different toolset they're use to, and you have to be prepared for that).
Which brings me to the topic at hand. If it's a sound business decision and BioWare/EA would make a larger profit and more subscriptions by having a Mac client, then by all means, develop it. So, I support it, but I don't think it should be a primary focus at the moment, as Bootcamp is working for the time being.
