  1. This is somewhat misleading. As a professional post-production specialist, saying that a Windows box would be faster simply because of what's in the box is very, very wrong. There are many, MANY different working parts that go into post that must be factored in order to determine what the best working process might be, the least of which being that a lot of clients won't hire you in certain markets based solely on the fact that you're not an Apple house. Truth be told, as far as business decisions go, most post houses use both PCs and Macs, as there are tools on each that do the job better for certain professionals (not to mention contractors - each has a different toolset they're use to, and you have to be prepared for that). Which brings me to the topic at hand. If it's a sound business decision and BioWare/EA would make a larger profit and more subscriptions by having a Mac client, then by all means, develop it. So, I support it, but I don't think it should be a primary focus at the moment, as Bootcamp is working for the time being.
  2. I'm 30. I play a few hours after work (can be anywhere from 1-4 hrs) and a lot on weekends, time dependent (this past weekend I played for 12hrs on Saturday (!) and about 20 minutes on Sunday). My wife plays about the same I do (though mostly less) - we have our two systems next to each other, though sometimes she plays during the day while I'm at work. I'm sure this will all change in 6 months when we add a new gamer to the household, so we're getting in as much as we can before then!
  3. I support this. I actually thought the Togruta would be one of the initial playable races, considering Shaak Ti's popularity with many Star Wars fans (based on the Gendy Tartakovsky Clone Wars cartoon). I was surprised they weren't included as an option in the initial release. Hopefully down the line.
  4. Wait a minute... so, by that rationale, McDonalds really DOES have the best cheeseburger in the world? Wow. My taste buds must be jacked.
  5. That does make sense, based on the other causes of flagging. All I know is that last night I partied with someone to kill a monster, we killed it, then disbanded and moved on. A few minutes later I partied with my regulars and they were suddenly flagged (due to me being flagged from partying with the previous user); however, I do not remember if we buffed before the flagging happened or not, so that's probably the cause.
  6. There's a fourth - assemble a party where a member is flagged, everyone in the party becomes flagged.
