I found laptops with the same specs on cyberpower and newegg for several hundred dollars cheaper with a 3 year warranty (compared to Alienwares' standard 1 year). I'm forever stuck at the "Visit the terminal" portion. I've been trying to advance the quest for about 2 weeks now. I've tried relogging, restarting, abandoning and retaking (on both the planet and fleet) and nothing seems to work.

The Dread Host Helmet purchased from the Oricon reputation vendor doesn't have voice modulation, despite being a trooper style helm that covers the whole head.

Are you shopping around? Alienware desktops are notoriously overpriced. Try newegg.com or building a custom PC at cyberpowerpc.com. You also have to pay extra for support and extended warranties with Alienware, which always rubbed me the wrong way.

"Heroic 2" flashpoints would be great. Saying the queues are long is an understatement. Sometimes they literally never pop. I was in the queue for five hours the other day before I finally had to log. Heroic 4s need to be tuned down as well, so people can actually do them. Right now they aren't worth the time it takes to gather a group and run them.

I just hit 32 and I'm cutting through mobs like they were nothing with Infiltration. I can't remember ever encountering a challenging fight. I use a dps companion. If you have a geared healing companion, try Kinetic (tanking). Don't be afraid to use CC and just stealth past tough mobs.
