I gots the low visionz. I cannot drive IRL but do wander around, etc and most people don't notice ... there are likely people playing far-more worse off than I. The worst part for me is the chat until I can make the font bigger with a future mod. Also a couple times I've been caught by not tabbing around to see all the nearby enemies before attacking anything. Simplicity is the best. Gotta only include what you actually use and know what the hot-keys are to be effective at using them.

Yeah the UI does make it harder... really miss having macros for simple things. Not for game-breaking chains of 20 commands but for things like: /say "CC-ing " [target name] [Force Lift]!!
