  1. Yeh I noticed that, says a lot about their priorities! Unfortunately we are dealing with a company that's happy to take your cash but doesn't give a crap about providing any customer service once they've got it. 5 weeks of no service today for me & I'm annoyingly subbed a few months into next year.... I imagine the quality Bioware service will continue doing nothing for quite sometime too...
  2. Well you can tell us if you are going to add the lost days onto our accounts once this is resolved, as it stands I've already had 21 days of no service. This should be the highest priority bug you are dealing with for obvious reasons it's not the typical my pants are clipping my butt bug! Anyway I hope it's being given the priority it deserves and a solution is imminent.
  3. Got the same issue with the new Alder Lake i5. Be nice if we could have an update on this from Bioware with an estimated fix, no point paying sub for a completely unplayable game particularly if the fix will be weeks/months away. Fair enough if we can expect a fix by the end of this week.
  4. What is it 25 maybe 26 months to release a probable 5 boss operation & it's still not ready, have to say that's pretty shocking development rate. Can you clarify what this staggered approach means, are we going to get only a story mode operation initially or will all difficulty modes be available for this potential January release? Not very impressive.
  5. It's time for a 4th mode of difficulty, HM has become far too easy with too bigger gap to nightmare. Making nim easier is totally the wrong approach & just makes the game boring again. If veteran stacks can be manipulated so easily then just release two modes of nim, same mechanics one with some stacks one without, everyone happy & a much more gradual step up between the modes. Should also help retain people in the game during the quite content times with more progression available.
  6. Well I think it's more of case of people's expectations being so low after several years of the bare minimum content being produced that nobody can be bothered to complain or are even slightly surprised when it's another empty roadmap. However we pay the same amount we did 5 years ago & get about 10% the amount of content. The roadmap certainly aided me in my decision to unsubscribe. I hope we'll see a proper expansion this year that I can come back too but I'm definitely going to wait & see before re-joining this game ever again.
  7. They could easily squash this rumour by releasing a roadmap tomorrow detailing a big new expansion but I doubt that'll happen. I guess we'll finally get the roadmap in a couple months time with the usual pathetic amount of content... Sounds like a good time to unsub & wait & see what Bioware has in store for us, which is exactly what I'll do this weekend.
  8. I don't think the new operation is being played as much as it should, in fact I'd probably guess it's caused people to unsub that enjoy raiding. Apart from the obvious problem of content being released too slow, the HM content in the new operation is simply too difficult compared to other HM operations for a significant portion of HM players. All operations should have at least 3 modes so that HM can be properly tuned to be suitable for a decent sized percentage of the player base, particularly the first boss with it getting progressively harder through the raid. Nim can then be tuned for the best players & everyone should be getting suitable content to keep them interested. That's not possible with 2 modes of difficulty and Bioware should sort that out asap. They probably think making it harder will keep people playing for longer but I imagine it's losing them customers in the area they are trying to concentrate on!
  9. The game badly needs 3 levels of difficulty as currently they seem to be tuning the latest operation HM more like a nim mode & that is only going to end up frustrating a significant amount of the playerbase as many simply won't be able to progress though this current operation. I understand them making Tyth difficult when it was first released as it was the only new boss but now there are two, a nim mode should have been released & Tyth made a touch easier in HM. Bioware really needs to clarify what they are doing around nim modes for this current operation. If they continue with HM being tuned as it is I can only see some of the average ops teams getting bored & quitting, especially when there isn't any other new content being released.
  10. For dps viability in ops I would say the best stats available are these (see link below) provided by starparse, particularly if you apply the HM filter as it gives you an average dps performance across all HM operation bosses http://ixparse.com/rating/?boss=&mode=HM&size=8M&class=&order=rating&dir=d I would suggest looking at the 99% rank only as this should give you an indication of what dps you'll be achieving if you're playing the spec properly. As you would expect it shows Sorc dps is garbage, followed by Powertech with operatives out on top.
  11. Oh Bobby why do you bother when you so clearly hate anyone who like's group content. You vigorously defend there comments & yet they have lied about producing regular operations content (several years ago) & then over the last two years (yes that's two full years +) whilst not lied, they have deliberately used very careful choice of language to retain hope within group content players entirely to retain subs. So why on earth would you expect players to be happy when they have been fleeced by Bioware on false hopes for such a long period of time. The recent comment appears to suggest that there might be some ops content coming but still it's far from written in any definitive form. It really isn't hard to say we have operations coming in 2017, can't say exactly when but defo in 2017 is it!!!! The reality is they have invested the bare minimum into the game which is why we have these silly forum battles where people with their little niche interest try to belittle others with their apparent tiny niche interest (all bollox of course as they all add up to what makes an MMo great). If they bothered to produce a balanced set of content like we hard during the first 2/3 years we would be back to complaining about bugs & other minor issues... Personally I've loved this game but unsubbed last week for the first time, I love good story & raids but for me there is no point subbing all the time for just story content that is completed in hours. A boost is needed from somewhere as I've never seen so few people playing the game as now.
  12. As others have already said a lot of the anger comes from the way that Bioware has strung people along for the last 2 years, teasing that group content will come when there was, as we now know never any intention to develop any. It's very obvious why they have been deliberately vague about it (retaining subs) & that's why we have these angry forums (entirely of their own creation). The simple facts are that they haven't invested enough money into this game so the situation has gradually got worse. They've focused on story content to the detriment of group content and been dishonest about their intentions for group content. Regardless of whether you like story or group content we are all getting short changed at the moment. What they are producing for the cost of the monthly sub just isn't enough, story players would get far more value for money buying a single player rpg & group players are getting sweet fa! I started out as player who loved single player rpg's but became a raider, & still love both aspects of the game. However, I unsubbed today for the first time since the beginning as there's simply no point being subbed anymore when there's no group content. I'll sign up for a month play the story & sign off. Unless they put more money into development I personally think the game is finished. I've never seen the servers so empty & devoid of people doing stuff as they are today & I'm not sure it'll get any better as nearly all of my main guild quit today. Whatever aspect of the game you love, it badly needs more money, I'll see what happens from the sidelines from now on....
  13. Do you really think there are many raiders left in this game after the last two years!!! What a load of crap! If this had actually happened at the start of the game when the population was balanced across various MMO interests then you would have seen a real response.
  14. Anyone interested in group content has waited an extraordinary long time for news & yet again absolutely nothing revealed. I can only conclude whatever they have planned is quite some time from being released. Yet another attempt to retain hope to those desperate for MMO content whilst providing absolutely no details whatsoever. Seen enough I'm out of here for a while, will watch from the sidelines & see what happens, can only hope they bother to invest in this game & get back to producing a balanced & high volume set of content with good amounts of story/fps & ops. Unfortunately I'm very sceptical that this will happen...
  15. Why would anyone that's fully levelled a few characters, it's a contentless upgrade. It really is about time they told us what there future plans are for this game as they have been stringing along players about group & other content for far too many months. Clearly they want to ride out the storm but it's time to make a stand as we are being taken for a ride with this game at the moment...
