  2. simply said: My brain cannot navigate in three-dimensional space, so I am easy bait for people who can. Improving the gameplay will not change this basic fact. Integrating a 3D action game into an MMO might miss the interests and habits of the player base.
  3. Hi to BW for "normal" players running the HC operations it is more important that the character survives, raw damage is normally sufficient for each class. Mandos are totally overpowered and on the other side shadow/assa dps chars are very weak and likely to die in encounters like the Underlurker. Raid groups prefer classes that last until the end and dont put too much stress on the healers, the last 800 dps on the puppet are not really important. This will also solve the complaints from the PvP side. Please focus more in Quality of Life than on raw puppet parses, these do not move, do not fight back and have no mechanics. Edit : I had the hatred assa in mind, never played deception
  4. Just another idea for an Arsenal PvP nerf: Ranged DPS chars do not need reflection in PvE, either the tank holds the aggro or they can move out of voids or other unpleasent areas. Just keep the mediocre damage and reduce the tankish features
  5. Perhaps one game developer among so many managers is not enough to get an MMO up and running. The MBAs shall be fired and replaced by people who know how to improve a game and make it successfull for years and not to collect cash for one quarter.
  6. so now PvP provides real rewards apart from CXP which is fine. But : high ranked PvP guilds started to farm unranked PvP with premade groups for the unassembled components. As a result the "normal" and casual players give up and only try to gain 5 reward for the CXP, then stand still and wait until it is over. In 4X4 people leave immediatly because they are defeated without any CXP. --> unranked PvP has lost any challenge, just a farm fest for the big PvP guilds who should play ranked.

Getting to command level 300 requires around 1.2 M command points People with family and job may collect on average 1000 CP --> 1200 days --> 3.3 years ( unless performing excessive PVP win trading ) An SM operstion nets around 800 to 1200 CP and I do not run them daily, HC ist out of reach with 230-equippment With a minimum of 6 chars, 3 roles per side this requires 20 years of grinding and I doubt that this game will see the year 2018 This game makes no sense anymore
  9. You mean that 8/16 Operations are dead? Running an operation five levels below with 240/244 gear is not even in NiM mode a challenge, bosses will miss half of the time. sry, slighly confused
  10. Hi, the new maximum level 70 just forces all raiders to repeat the equipment grind through EV, KP, S&V priority operations without any benefit. We must invest a lot of effort and in the end we will be able to run exactly the same HC operations (upscaled) as we do now. Just adding some solo content should not invalidate all hard earned equipment, new chapters of a solo player story could be implemented within level 65 cap.

Put it simple: - Tanks run with their guilds and do not with random groups unless we need some conquest points. - We do not like DDs who pull the entire room and then blame the tank - Camping in voids and blaming the tank for not holding the aggro is a bad idea - Nobody cares about your DPS when the group dies - Do not whine about the lack of tanks in pugs, experience the disaster by rolling a tank by yourself

  13. A bunch of toons and real life. Just send companions on missions and then continue to read a book, watch TV, participate in the forum, cook, eat, work or talk with your familiy. Repeat after one hour and sell at the end of the day. For example a slicing mission for rich yield tech parts level 11 earns around 20k on average, some lower level raw materials never sell for less than 2k per piece. Prices may vary between servers. Reserve the lethal power of your light saber for enemies that are worth it, dont slaughter innocent monsters in Section X just for money.
  14. Es gibt halt zwei Gruppen von Leuten und beide haben recht: 1. Die einen arbeiten tagsüber "progressorientiert", werden dort beurteilt und wenn es schlecht läuft auch ausgewechselt. Die haben keine Lust, das auch noch in der Freizeit zu machen. 2. die anderen .......................... In einem MMO, das ich gespielt habe, hat allerdings die zweite Gruppe das Spiel absolut dominiert bis zum Aussterben des Spieles. Seither rühre ich kein F2P mehr an. Da muss BW aufpassen, dass jede Gruppe seinen Spaß hat, denn Gruppe 1 stellt die Masse der Zahler.
