Question in the title. Coming back, after a small break, but an even much longer break from pvp. Which class is the most rewarding once you master it? I mean like the hardest class to master in pvp and do well, and once you get it, it makes you feel good that you can play that "hard" class that well. 2nd question, easiest class to master and be at least pasable? I dont' expect an easy class to be OP, but the class that lets you get your foot in the pvp door and not look like a complete moron. Thanks. Good to be back.

I've played on and off since headstart. Usually about 3-6 months at a time. I have almost exclusively tanked, minus a stint with a sniper for awhile. I've never given pvp and honest shot past running match for the weekly and daily quests. I'm rolling a Jugg again (I always gravitate to this class) and I want to level the spec that I'll be pvp'ing with end game. If Veng and Rage can perform equally well in pvp, what might be some strengths and weaknesses to each spec? Thanks. Good to be back.

For someone looking to get into pvp, which of these are easiest to learn? I'm rolling a new toon for the sole purpose of learning pvp. I also have an a max level PT. I started messing around with AP on him, but other than building stacks using rail shot for the big damage skill, it felt very dull compared to the tank spec and pyro spec. SO I didn't feel like learning pvp with him. Maybe I've missed something there but I dont' know.

I'm not sure why my patcher is trying to install old files. Tonight, everytime i put my log-in info in, it starts patching 5.7. Last week there we times when it would try to patch 3.1.0. After restarting a few times, I could get in without it acting wierd. Tonight though, after like 20 restarts, it keeps trying to patch 5.7. I'm not sure what to do. I'm not going to reinstall on my 2Mbs connection (yes, I live if very rural area). Where I live, internet is horrible and I use my cell phone to tether. I would need to drive to my parents house almost 3 hours away to use good internet in the city. **Update** Of course when I finally decide to post something in the forums it works A solution, expanation or something on why I might be having these issues would be nice though.

Been gone almost 2 years, wanting to get back into the game. Just needing suggestions on the tanks since a lot has changed. Which tank seems the least played? Are any of the tanks undesirable for whatever reason? Does one tank have more group utility than another? Which tank has a decent pvp, non-tank spec? I have played all three tanks at max level in the past, but since it's been so long, I kind of just want to start fresh. Any other suggestions is welcome. Good to be back.

I've been subbed, all the rewards and perks for being subbed are running on my account, I just can't access the new chapter. When I click on play, it tells me I need to subscribe. I know, I know, Launch day and all that. Expect bugs, but it is frustrating paying to access head start and you dont' get it. Anyone else having this? I know there are a lot of people in chat complaining about it. I hadn't seen a thread here though. I submitted a ticket so hopefully they get it sorted, or compensate me/us if they don't.

Hey folks, I have mained a Jugg for a long time now. I'm wanting to roll a Mara just for fun. I've always thought they looked cool, but since they can't tank, I haven't played them. I'm really considering getting into PvP because the PvE scene has lost my interest for the time being. Basically my question is which spec's are considered the pvp specs for Jugg's and Mara's? If they are all somewhat viable, which specs are most newb friendly in learning to pvp with? Lastly, what are their roles in pvp? More offensive or defensice i.e. capturing nodes then moving on or good at node defense? Thanks much.

Hey all, been gone awhile. Coming back, rolling a class I never gave any time to which is an Agent. Planning on rolling a ranged class so Sniper it is. Anyways, I'm going to just guess that engineering is best for leveling due to aoe, but I thought I would ask first. I normally prefer leveling in the spec I want to play at max level, but in this game, I generally prefer to use the fastest spec, then relearn once I get done leveling.

I had gotten a JK, Trooper and SW to 65. I was thinking to myself that among those three, the JK seems to fit the position the least. The SW of course is always okay with telling people what to do. The Trooper also. As I was thinking about other toons I have leveled to 60 in the past, there are some that just don't seem to fit the "commander" bill. So imo the classes that best fit the "commander" aura: Trooper Sith Warrior Sith Inquisitor A female Dark side Consular The other classes seem to soft to be Commanders.

Just curious, I picked up a sage, went TK with it and I really like how fast paced the combat feels. Having to react to procs and such is really fun. Are there other classes that feel similar in that they are fast paced like that? I played a Sniper and a Jugg only till about lvl25 each, but they felt very slow in comparison.

Just curious. I've gotten to chapter 9 on my Guardian. I've loved it btw, absolutely loved it. Is it different like if I played through on my Trooper, Jugg and PT? But yeah, just curious, I don't plan on starting with them for another week or so.

Yeah I am. But, I've been having lag problems for the past few weeks, I'm not sure why. Only now with the expac early access, I actually lag out to the point of getting disconnected. I'm kind of thinking its on my end, but I've had techs come out and they said everything is working fine.

Good idea, really fun: #2305493 Account Creation 12.07.11 I never really even heard about the game until a few friends pre-ordered it and convinced me to play with them. Needless to say, none of them stayed and I've been here since. A Jugg and a Vanguard were my first toons and still my mains today.

As the title says. Been gone on purpose since with the new expac I wanted to be as fresh as possible to basically lose my life for awhile once it releases. I can't stay away as long as I intended so I'm coming back just to run end game content for awhile. So yeah how's tank balance atm? I have all at max level in case it's like grossly favoring one class over another.

I was actually wondering how windows 10 would affect my games, whether it be the MMO's I play or my steam games. I've kind of held off because of that. I'd hate to upgrade, then find out I can't play something and be stuck.

If they add anything, these are two I wish they would add. I would've liked if there was a neutral faction or somethign like that to accomodate Smugglers and Bounty Hunters. Having them stuck to one faction is a little wierd. Maybe in the neutral faction (or whatever you would call it) could be where light side sith and dark side jedi hang out too.

Cool thanks, my main tanks are a guardian and a VG, depending on raid makeup so I don't really wnat to play him in pvp.
