  1. ^This. To me, this is the sole true problem of this MMORPG. No, the game did not live up to the humongous hype it generated. Yes it's still far from being perfect, yes it's still buggy sometimes... And you know what? Sh** happens. Any person over 10yo who is not a whiny d***head can understand that. I still think this is an enjoyable game. ...But letting down and ignoring the very people that are your source of revenue is simply disrespectful. There is no f'ing excuse for that, NONE. I was there at launch, and played for 2-3 months. Left because I was tired of being ignored as a customer. Re-subbed 2 weeks ago thinking things were better. I guess they are (there is definitely more communication between devs and customers), but this issue right there proves once again that EA/Bioware don't have a single clue how to run an MMORPG in regards to customer support and crisis management.
  2. The one problem with this MMORPG has always been the impression of disrespect we get when being ignored by Bioware in situations like this one. 3. I'd lean towards the "Forced Game Reinstall" myself.... I don't see any other explanation for this. Go home Bioware devs, you're drunk...
  4. Wait a minute, did all that thread-closing and laughing at us telling us "it's not us, it's you... everything works as intended here" was part of thanking us for actually telling you what needs to be fixed in this game ? I'm confused here...
  5. Only adds up to the big *********** joke this game has become... It's sickening to see BW is laughing at our faces taking us for granted.

  10. You're wrong, Bioware said it works as intended from the start.
  11. Maybe they can silence us, but they can't take our money for granted... To get this started (before it gets closed 10 minutes aftewards), here's mine : Here you go !
