^This. To me, this is the sole true problem of this MMORPG.
No, the game did not live up to the humongous hype it generated. Yes it's still far from being perfect, yes it's still buggy sometimes... And you know what? Sh** happens. Any person over 10yo who is not a whiny d***head can understand that. I still think this is an enjoyable game.
...But letting down and ignoring the very people that are your source of revenue is simply disrespectful. There is no f'ing excuse for that, NONE.
I was there at launch, and played for 2-3 months. Left because I was tired of being ignored as a customer. Re-subbed 2 weeks ago thinking things were better. I guess they are (there is definitely more communication between devs and customers), but this issue right there proves once again that EA/Bioware don't have a single clue how to run an MMORPG in regards to customer support and crisis management.
