He was just listing off the typical reactions that come at people pointing out they are having serious trouble with the game. I believe alot of this is actualy coming from incognito customer support who would rather giggle like children at their customers than do what they are paid for.

Funny post. Until you log in and try using an emote from your bike and realize you can't. They failed at fixing something no one cared about. I think they had the list ready from pre launch as a PR stunt.

I know one person who has had luck solving this problem. 1. Go back to koriban(starter world) 2. Log out 3. log in and take the transport to the fleet 4. the guy should be showing the triangle above his head. he will give you the quest. His name is lord something. he is located just before the stairs opposite the hutta and korb departure elevator. he is on the main floor. Good luck dealing with this silly bug.

I have checked out several servers and found this to be the case in most. The first two planets have the most chat atm but this is being dilluted as people rolls alts or progress their current char. Not too mention many people leaving. Fleet should feel like an active place but really doesn't. getting teams for black talon is reasonable and maybe hammer station. From athiss on pugs will be hard pressed to find. This is a shame as while some people like groups of close guldmates, many of us like to team with new people. This isnt really happening.

If you are sick of the hatred directed toward this game, I don't know what to do for you. All I can say is their will be so many disapointed people you will be hard pressed not to hear about it.

Hopefully they will bite the bullet and merge these servers or allow transfers bfore it is too late. It is a tricky situation as closing or merging servers is taken as an indication the game isn't doing well. On the other hand, people dont want to start from scratch on a new server. Best solution is free transfers I think.

The people who made this game realized most people playing at launch won't continue to do so. Why bother making a great game? Why bother with proper customer support? Of course the people who did geitdowt won't be happy with the product or service they just recieved. Can they do something else so you can pretend the game is sugar unicorns and magic gumdrops? Sure they can, but they chose not too. They will voice their annoyance on their wasted time and money. They will do it on this forum, other forums and in real life. People dont like getting a bad deal, good for them.

making it difficult for you to get around is in their interest. Or so they think. It will mean you take longer to reach cap. Having people get where they want to quickly is not their goal.

I think the unfriendly attitude is trickling dowhn from the people who make the game. I seriously think they dislike MMO gamers. I have 20 people in my friends list 3 of them still log in. They didn't speak very well about the game before they stopped playing. I dont think this is coincidence. All of them where friendly fun people I met early game. Now the first few planets consist of small groups of primitives and single misanthropes barking at each other. the later worlds consist of the same unanswered lfg comment being repeated even few mins.

well put, the powers that be try to force people to be Nice so they can't say how they really feel. It makes it much more difficult to commplain or label the game accuratly as the garabage it is.

If they had respect for their players they would let you know. They don't.

The game needs several things before we can enjoy the immersive storytelling. It needs to run on the required specs, bugs that stop people from playing their characters need to be fixed and customer support has to solve issues people are having. Many of the bugs could have been prevented long ago. It shows how they really feel about their customers that they where not . But the problem of customer is ttle too big here. It has become normal for games to give little support to players. problems are inevitable having someone at least pretend to be helpful would be better than what't we have. They wait till you log out and close your ticket. Can't immerse your self in a game you can't play.

I would enjoy being able to spend some time customizing my character. Thumbs up for your petition.

The game is not worth the time it takes to play it. adding a cost of any amount is insulting.

Yes plenty of people care. Stop trying to paint the world as if it is as jaded as you are. Alot of people would like this game to bring them enjoyment. But also many would like to see it bring enjoyment to others. People will not simply pay their money for something they think will be great, then be disapointed and then go "well they certainly got me there!" good for them. I will stop existing now so as not to bother people who are upset that just wanted my cash all along.

Bet they have been aware of this for some time. their are so many little bugs i think it would be very unlikely anyone could play for a few hours and not notice some. they will fix a small handful of things now and again. Unfortunatly many people are having major problems getting the game to run or actually being able to advance their character. Still they may fix this minor problem instead.

The company fails to recognize that people like you wont simply forget the poor treatment you recieved. They think they can just put a spin on their poor practices becuase they are so much smarter than most people. No amount of damage control is going to save their rep from this poor attitude toward customers.

You should have made this game. If I seen a twilek with pants on its head I would be happy for the rest of my life.

You are a wise soul OP. This game indeed had tremendous potential. They are going to settle for a nice quick cash injection instead.
