I'd give it a 9. I liked it. It was a nice mix of action, diplomacy, discovery and adventure. Sure, it wasn't all flashy or in your face like the Empire stories or the Jedi Knight's, but I liked it as I'm more into subtle action. Was it perfect? No, no story is. But I still enjoyed it and am proud to say my first level 50 is my Jedi Shadow.

I liked the whole "running around saving people" bit. It showed how much your character was trusted and how powerful they are in the Force that they would send YOU to heal Jedi Masters of the loopy loo plague.

Yet, I really enjoy it. I mean really do. My Shadow is 48, almost 49 - so it's not over yet - but I've enjoyed every minute of it. I like the companions; they're a good mix of good(Iresso), bad(Zenith) and ugly(Qyzen). I mean, it's almost as if all the companions we get are able to guide us on whatever path, light or dark. The story - sure, it starts off slow with the "YOU MUST HEAL PEOPLE", but So I don't understand how people can say "omg the jc story sucks". Sure, it's not as bathed in treachery as the Sith Warrior/Inquisitor stories, but to me it's a perfect mix of action, sadness, building trust, conflict and resolution.

So, I started my smuggler a few minutes ago(only level 3 so far), and I'm curious. If I level as the heal spec, what kind of rotation should I use? I mean, do I just stand there and spam heals at Corso while shooting people in the back?

I have a few characters all under level 50 and they all really bore me(mostly because I end up 1-2 levels below the average planet level + burnout) - but I've always been interested in the Smuggler since I'm a Han Solo fanboy. I had a gun-slinger up to about level 20 but I really dislike the cover system. So, I'm asking you fine folks; any advice? Anything I should know for specific levelling or companion use? It'd be much appreciated.

Hey all, Am rolling up a smuggler since, well, I can't resist the underworld figures(My main is a BH). I've played one to about level 10 in beta before, but after that my brain goes screwy when it comes to gunslingers - I prefer the cover system to stealth, so that's why I'm choosing one. From what I see, you have a crap-ton of abilities to choose from. What kind of a rotation should be used for solo questing/levelling? Kind of overwhelmed me in beta, having about 6 shots with 3 instant and 3 others timed, so I kinda just picked one and rolled with it(didn't work well, lol). Another question is build. Which build works best for solo-levelling? I've heard marksman, I've heard saboteur or what have you, but I'm not too sure. Thanks in advance!

Gotta love the insults. I'm doing the best I can trying to time my interrupts to when he attacks and yet I can't, always knocked back before I can interrupt. I don't have the best reflexes and I'm doing the best I can, level 25 Defense specced Guardian, 3rd death to him in 10 minutes. I try to taunt yet he always attacks Kira, and my cooldowns only prolong death, not help me kill him.

The computer I have is less then a year old. It cant' be my computer - WoW loading screens take about 25-30 seconds.

so we will clamber out and then - loading screen I love how on my i3 dual core with an ATI 6850 video card it takes 2-3 minutes to load onto a planet.

Guardian - and I don't have problems with most mobs, but 2 strongs is overkill since I can't CC one of them.

Just want to say: Some classes don't have CC. I as a Jedi knight at level 20 still have none, so it's a race against enemy health fighting an elite + strong, or 2 strongs, etc.

I feel really bad for people who've been following this game since the beginning. To see it fail on so many levels like this is just....wow.

Disgrace. The TORtanic is sinking fast. Cancelled, and staying cancelled. I hate to say it but World of Warcraft pulled me back to playing it after playing this buggy, incomplete game - at least Blizzard has some semblance of what the hell they're doing - if this had happened in WoW, there would have been a sever shutdown right away + rollback.

Me too. But I was wrong this whole time. Shame. I used to play SW:TOR - until I took a WoW to the knee.
