^ I agree with this. Please do not consider adding Arenas to SWTOR. BW, you DON'T have to do the same as every other MMO.

Please no, if you think about this: It will be WoW all over again, at least here on the forums. Where everyone will whine about "<X class> needed <Y item> for his/her off-spec!" Also, it doesn't cost much to respec in this game.

I think the 1.1 patch brought back the PvP on Ilum instead of just waiting to repair/destroy things, it kicked it up a notch. People on these forums forget that this game is brand new, it has been out for a month. Give BW a break, they are working on things and people just complain about things don't work. Maybe suggest an idea on how to fix it (I love sharing ideas). To all the players telling everyone on this forum that they cancelled their sub: Why are you still here?

WoW had some great colors, I'd figure I find this here. I changed mine too because I got confused with the whisper/party colors. The game hasn't been out for a month. If you're compairing to WoW, it took them years to get things fixed. Take a time-out and calm yourself.

Agree with OP, LFG tool isn't needed. BUT a LFG channel is; so the LFG spam can stop in the general chat (our server have their LFG channel up, I think the command is /cjoin <CHANNEL>).

I've said it before and I say it again. No to LFG tool. These lone wolves should find a guild and stop complaining. Casuals ruined WoW, don't let them ruin SWTOR too.

Please don't. Looking at WoW, cross server battlegrounds destroyed the status of players and guilds on the server(s). I love current warzones because you play against players from the same server and form a bit of sense who they are and how good they are (players & guild).

OP. This game does not need a "Dungeon finder" tool, it was one of the reasons WoW became lame and overall crappy (I played a warlock in vanilla WoW, it was fun to be needed when summons were the best thing to get players to an instance). I like how it is right now. And I HOPE BW won't change how we queue up for warzones because that's also one thing WoW ruined their pvp aspect of the game; introducing cross-realm battlegrounds. Sure it got faster to get into a battleground, but it removed the spirit of knowing players who play on your server. I loved PvP in vanilla WoW, were everyone knew eachother and even guilds had status. Everything got ruined by whiners and people who isn't in a guild. TL;DR: Find a guild.

Totally agree. Vanilla WoW was the funniest "version" compared to the WoW expansions, in vanilla people didn't know/use addons/macros as much as they do today, thus was more fun to play! I actually like SWTOR UI, I like to have player/target hp down by my buttons and such. The only thing I'd like is to move/scale the things; I don't like the position of the side hotbars and companion UI (for example the top of the right sidebar gets blocked by a map when in some warzones).

Even though I play with guildmates in instances, I see no use for SWTOR to having dualspec. One thing I hated in WoW is dualspec; everyone was needing on things they said they needed to their offspec and the person who actually needed it (and could use it) never got it.

Then you clearly can't see what the point of my thread is. I have no problem people ganking me, if it occurs I just wait until they leave. The point of my thread is that there is NO WAY for me to grab the quests at the "neutral" questhub when they keep attacking me. I think it was krisslanza who said you get a buff when you talk to the NPCs so you can't be attacked, however the problem is I cannot grab it because I had to sit down at some kind of altar and meditate, thus not getting the buff. Anyway, the empire players went away after I created this thread so I could continue my quest afterwards. *Edit: Sorry for double post.

I would call for my friends, however I am the only player above level 40 and I was the only person on the planet (top left, where it say VOSS: 1). Quite frankly, I had no idea guards were there because you would notice them if there was. >_> *Edit: I would like to thank people who actually understands what the problem with this is. It's rather funny seeing all those trolls ignoring the problem and just saying I should roll on a PvE server instead. Trolling gives you lulz, watching you fail at trolling gives me lulz.

I don't mind a good PvP fight, I actually fought one of the empire players before 3 more showed up. I only like PvP when it's fair though (1v1 and about same lvl), so you can stop trolling me by saying I should roll on a PvE server. It's people like you that makes me hate the community games bring forth, ever figured to not post at all or post something insightful instead? Just saying it is impossible to grab your quests in these "neutral" questhubs.
