My 33 sorc has never done a side quest past 10 though I PvP like a mad man and I keep current with my class quests. It is not hard to do nor do you have to do side quests as there are other option like space combat and PvP and mob grinding. /THREAD

Don't like the trinity system look to TSW in the near future only those with a brain need apply though. (not saying people are dumb saying TSW will require you to use a large portion of your brain to play) The trinity has been a tried and true method for years and will be for a long time to come the fight mechanics would have to be dynamic to your groups make up causing most devs heads to explode.

This is a prime discussion for when it hits Asia and Australia, if it is a overwhelming success then we can hope possibly expect even more content at a faster rate as it will have a supple overhead. Overall its a matter of they have a plan set up but with a couple more million people we can see a movement towards a more main streaming approach with patches, not to say we don't have near weekly patches already fixing things, just saying bigger content and maybe faster implementation of content.

Simply put: if its not a clone its a niche game. TSW seems to be breaking a lot of barriers however it will be a niche game because most people will not want to think hard while playing a game.

There is also the same type of quest on balmora for imps so yeah give us some cruel cruel love Rambo style.

Love it, however just a note you can buy crafting mats in bulk buy shift click dragging the item and then put in the amount you want, otherwise very good.

With all that would be needed for it even though for the most part its vast emptiness I think under their current specs its not possible till they upgrade hardware and more work on the hero engine. I would love to see this though.

Allow more color options, and since we are in the correct era lets get some Lightwhip love with a class restriction to say SI/JC. Though lightwhips would need to be a rare schem or something along the lines. Color options for true customization are needed and not so much as a sign of advancement in FP/OPs/PvP. The outer gear you have does that for you so whats wrong with the black cores and purple to be used at any level, even making them slightly harder to get.

X-server really does ruin accountability however I am all for a global same server LFG system. When WoW introduced it it was great then slowly destroyed the feeling of the game, I must say being able to insta teleport to a dungeon was dumb, I think the fleet lay out is nice and mostly centered. cross server just makes it so you can have a right to be a ****** in groups to many times have I seen this and so have most of my friends family and guild. so your first argument is null in most peoples pages. So go play a game where its not about the server community where you have to behave or you get blacklisted. I.E. go back to WoW.

for the few that says movies are the only canon that is untrue, Lucas backed and stated the force unleashed is pure canon and so is shadows of the empire. So video game 100% acknowledged and shadows which is back and said to be canon though Lucas's hand was minor in it though, Lucasfilm Ltd backed and Lucas said if he had the time it would have been something he would have explored in the 80s. You see links to the SotE in the re-release of ANH ala' swoops the Outrider and other little stuffs. I still have not seen a 100% backed canon after RotJ, since if he gets strapped or more greedy that he may just approve/release 7,8,9. It is worth noting that back in the 90s the zahn trilogy was canon till lucas changed his mind since he started working on 1,2,3.Personally think Heir to the Empire should have been made into movies. Edit:Force Unleashed is G-canon and it is not a movie, again the ever evolving SW universe.

On the high res graphics wasn't it also noted that it would be to huge of a strain on thier servers because of all the extra rendering and thats why the swapped to a unipoly something or others. On topic YES they listen and YES that is why the game will not fail till it becomes to big and they really don't care anymore, just like that game that has 10mil subs right now.

There is a important aspect you said, everyone wants the combat to be a secondary system ala' addons as in recount. That said crafting is a side note in this game compared to many others however there is a lot of room for growth, now them putting in further growth will rely on a few aspects. 1 if they start making more money more money more money then there will be changes faster. 2. if they start retaining and adding new subs more money = more devs 3.If they make more money they will have further growth and faster turn arounds for changes. its all about the money, do not ever fool yourself into thinking otherwise.

PvP

As a player that has bot hpubs and imps I find myself winning more WZ's pub side then I avg on imp side... in short PLAYERS SKILL over broken PvP

My only issue with this game is the linear aspect that you are forced more or less to do planets in a certain order with out a lot of variance, Wow did have multiple zones same level so you could have a varity.

PvE leveling is much faster with space bar smashing, I have 2 alts one PvP only 1 PvE only and I can bust out 3 levels in a few hours with my sniper but my pvp sorc I have to spend all day for maybe 2 levels. De-nerf the PvP exp please. I already have 3 50s so its a breeze overall PvE.

Well overall the fleet pass has got to be the #1 reason people buy the key, now for why. Well of you put a non game breaking, highly desired item that saves time on the vendor more people will buy/get the key making it less work for BW CS restoring stolen accounts. All in all its pure win for the customer and BW.

Artifice is awesome since you can make pink crystals, so for those that whine over and over about biochem unfair just remember that you get to charge a super premium for a pink crystal and people pay. Bio/cyber/artifice all others are junk

Love how people complain about guard so much, well its working as intended it seems and you know maybe just maybe the tank did a AoE taunt/taunt so you also deal 30% less damage to everyone but the tank. LOVE the fact taunts have purpose in PvP but it is slightly OP since there is no lawl addon to show when you have the debuff.

Put the same effort into your companion you use for gear as your character and you will find that they get quite powerful. Talos crit heals me for 2.5 now @ 45 because I took the time to gear him up, Khem while I useing him had zero issue tanking and was quite useful. On my merc just went with mako till I swapped to a heal spec and used blizz again I put the effort into gearing them up first and it makes a huge huge difference. also adjust your comps abilities or use them yourself on a hotbar so you can maximize your results.

Assassin is the best of both worlds as i use lightening and my saber pretty equally so I, while im sure sorc/sage since they are ranged rely heavily on the force I would think you still get some saber moves. again ASSASSIN uses both fairly equally if you know what you are doing.

As to the SI story:

The sages story is lacking a bit early on however I like the troopers mines @ 35 now With that said SI story is awesome @40 and the BH @50 story is very good. Overall I am on a IMP server but more and more are rolling pub because of the economy and PvP. In a few months I think only a for most server it will really balance out.
