Confirm, this is glitched. Spend a lot of real money buying the (“discounted”) gladiator set. Helmet is not working as intended. Full suit, only helmet, doesn’t matter, there is no “visor” that flips up and down. Funny enough it’s there on the char selection screen, just not actually ingame. Hotfix please.. And to the other guy here, please make a seperate thread. This is about the furious gladiator set, not the covert whatever set, no offense, but it hijacks the thread. Edit : seems it’s fixed by having any other helmet equipped. Weird.

Oh and now entire armor sets have gone from my collections, yet im wearing them so clearly i have it collected.. Thats 1440 coins gone from 1 set alone.. Support gives no reply.

As of today, i get alot of error code 5 issues. I tried unlocking a vehicle several times now so all chars can use it. It took the 240 coins, but didnt unlock the vehicle. Second time i get error code 16. Switching to another char i can see i got the second 240 coins back from the second attempt. But the vehicle is still locked. This has not been a problem before. Its happening since the latest patch i guess.

I cant seem to login either. Weird, was just fine like an hour ago.

As I myself came back to the game after 2 years, I noticed some odd issues. Camera rotation speed is waaaayyy too fast and there seemed to be a weird stutter when turning camera or simply moving around. Well, after trying everything they have easy fixes. Camera speed = go to your preferences and camera rotation speed settings, you’ll see it listed as 0% as default. Turn that slider as far right as possible, apply, turn it all the way back down to 0% and apply, marvel at the odd difference. Stutter : use fullscreen windowed mode, any other mode like pure windowed or pure fullscreen causes it. The difference is painfully obvious when you switch to fullscreen windowed mode. This game has Always been "solo" with some mmo / mp parts to it. You'd have to be blind to have failed to notice that fact. I've Always felt and said this game is an SP experience with co-op attached to it + some pvp arena type areas and thats about it. Is that bad? no.. least now i think not. Back at the start of the game i was disappointed but maybe after having played so many mmo's where you are all but forced to team up.. i ended up liking this type of game more.

Well even with updates.. the main issue is poor optimisation. I have a decent system i think, i7 5820k, 16gb ddr4, 1x gtx980 and well windows 10 nowadays but on w8.1 it ran exactly the same imho. In warzones the very steady 60fps will drop to 40fps. (Vsync on) Ridiculous tbh. I cant even imagine how people with lesser or older systems manage.

Half ashamed to admit it, but ive always kind of enjoyed the rollercoaster ride that is space pve. Well like when im tired of feeling the drag of normal pve play as i progress down the storylines and sidemissions, which yes i also enjoy doing despite the 12x exp i have as a sub.

I've got almost 6k on the companion level now, but i havent had a single conversation with her? Well except once when you first get your ship, but nothing after. I'm on taris now, not yet been to nar shaddaa. I'm level 25 now (12x exp, well it speeds things along but i still tend to do most side missions) So what gives? am i F'ed or will it be okay?

Upgraded yesterday from w8.1. No problems but i have a fairly new system with a gtx 980 so its drivers were already available and added somehow in the upgrade itself. Notice no differences, runs smooth as ever. W10 itself does seem to be an improvement, smooth and slick with it resembling w7 alot.

It was an old engine back when it came out. They really need to update it. There are cheap and good engines nowadays. It wouldnt cost 150m dollars thats for sure.

Its funny how they released the outer rim package without issues. Is 3.3 really that huge in terms of content or updates? Dont get me wrong, ive just come back since 2012 (i was one of the first to play the game on release day), and in the past few days ive spend.. way to much money lol, on packages and items. So im clearly interested in the game, but i do find it weird there are no updates/very little communication to members and players. I had to browse a 28 page topic (the stickied thread about it) just to find out it was delayed in the first place. Just not very professional.

I've played every single class, and my style is to essentially Always try to solo everything. Now i've noticed that with bounty hunter / s. warrior and inquisitor, regardless of spec, can solo everything starting from level 1. In enters the sniper, even outfitted it a lil more then i'd normally would. I spec for MM. Even the first instance or whatever you want to call it (black talon), killed on the first boss. (lvl 14 at the time) Eventually managed but damn was really hard. On to dromand kaas. Pretty much could solo any elite with the other classes. Not so with sniper. That big robot thing at the revanite camp? you just die all the time.. at level 18. It feels flawed.. like really seriously flawed. Your first companion that acts as a bodyguard really sucks at it. Kalyo just cant take any dmg at all, compare that to the inquisitor bodyguard or even mako for crying out loud. Also its a little to weird that shots can miss. Especially you will feel that with ambush, which at those levels is your big opener or finisher depending on playstyle. I get for pvp there has to be some hits and misses, but for pve? the F? Maybe its strange to "rant" about it three years later, as i've left 3 years ago and only just came back, but its such a noticable difference. I doubt bioware cares but yeh, this needs to be looked at.

Yes why DO people compare the game to wow and continuously say its okay for it to be in the same state wow was in 2004. This isnt 2004. And there is no excuse to be on the same page a game was in 2004. Does this mean it needs all the functions and addons etc of a game 7 years later? No. But it should definitly strive to rival it.

Actually its been like this for me on any class on both sides. It will even out in the end. All it means is you'll have an easier time running around doing all quests incl. solo'ing with ease the 2+ HC's. Gear wise it doesnt matter all that much.

When on a saturday morning you see like 11 people on the rep. fleet you know something is wrong. But biodrones will find some excuse im sure. "they partied hard on friday night get a life man!"

They still have like what.. 8 million subs? Think they have litttle to worry about. Besides they've made their enormous and ludicrous amounts of money already. So even if it closes down tomorrow it will most likely still be the most memorable and most succesfull mmo perhaps even of an entire century. By the way i quit that game well over 2 years ago but credit due to where its due.

If you care about the game and you see "sooooo" many threads about quitting or cancelling subs. Actually yeh you should care. Less paying customers means a worse game or no game at all in the end. Biodrone fools.

Yes its okay to have the same polish another mmo had in 2004. Biodrones.. they stoop to any level to defend so desperately despite their minds telling them it sucks badly. There are therapies for that you know.
