  1. sounds legit. Just dont lockout people who are kicked. I have kicked plenty of people from groups, but no matter what they didnt chose to leave the group - they were forcibly removed.
  2. So... I know this topic has been raised before, but it bears repeating again since its still happening. Why are people being penalised for getting kicked from a groupfinder group? Its hardly fair is it? The lockout is for punishing people who drop out of a GF group, not people who get kicked! Got into GF just now only to be told that they only wanted their guildies to join and was promptly kicked...
  3. Im not saying every class was getting crapped on. Im not even saying Sorcs are getting crapped on. (Certainly at times it feels like it, but right now not so much). Hardly ANYONE says what you claim everyone is saying. Speak for yourself please. And in the case of sorcs you are free to review the change history since day 1. Almost every class balance resulted in a sorc nerf. Sure there was the occasional positive change but very often it was 1 step forward and 2 steps back.
  4. If they cant afford to pay, then they dont need to play. Simple.
  5. Man.. you must be new to this game... From 1.2 all the way till 2.9 this class was getting nothing but a near continuous nerf everytime a new class "balance" took place
  6. In a society that values liberty an action that does not negatively affect anyone else would not be criminalised. and secondly it is NOT a crime. Its taking advantage of Bioware's lax attitude to fixing bugs and i find it extremely disgusting that Bioware is seeking to punish PAYING CUSTOMERS for their mistake.
  7. Its in no way unfair to you. He didnt take anything away from you nor did he deny you anything nor does he get some unfair advantage over you. Get over yourself
  8. Even though I didnt "exploit" I find it absolutely disgusting that the devs are punishing people for taking advantage of their mistake. I find it even more disgusting as to the number of people baying for blood against the so called "exploiters" when it didn't hurt others in any way. It is no different from authoritarian regimes that jail critics for revealing governmental blunders or wrongdoing. Absolutely disgusting. Just another thing to add to my List of reasons to unsubscribe i guess. The see-saw is getting very close to tipping over the edge...
  9. never going to happen. The borked Hero engine is just so phenomenally awful that the game would drop to 0.0001fps with speech bubbles implemented (excuse the hyperbole)
  10. and I shall further exploit it by waiting a few more days for prices to drop below a 100k, then buying em all up. After a few months I shall sell em for a million each! mnuahahaha
  11. I always crashed, but ALWAYS finished the fp. strange that your friends didnt. Anyway, if it helps, the key to not crashig is to hit escape as soon as the jump to hyperspace starts. Keep hitting escape and you will reach the imperial fleet safe sound. (sorry you cant go to Coruscant/DK via the Esseles/Black Talon if you dont want to crash)
  12. i wont have to pay 50 creds to use the crapper if i go back to my stronghold or guildhip
  13. I was thinking along the lines of adding greater realism. How about food and drink? Maybe every 12 hours you need to go to the vendor n get a drink or sandwich. Perhaps they could follow the rakhgoul plague model with a twist. First you get a "peckish" or "thirsty" debuff that just tells you to go get something to eat. If you dont then after 1-2 hours you get a "hungry" debuff that maybe lowers your stats slightly (alacrity and endurance reduced by 2% or something). After an hour if you still dont eat, you get a "starving" debuff that reduces 5 HP every 5 seconds and you also do 10% less damage or something. Of course these debuffs disappear as soon as you eat & drink. The food would have to be dirt cheap (100 creds or so) but a steady small credit sink. A lot of people wont like it, but it adds to the realism and credit sinks are necessary, so if the "pain" is minimal people will put up with it.
  14. No... we dont want you on our server! Shoo!
  15. I re-watched the cutscene you are referring to. It was not a bow of deference, but rather a bow of respect to greet someone he acknowledges as about his equal in stature and power - kind of like when the king of one country bows to the king of another country as a greeting
  16. Rishi is very well done, however all in all SoR has A LOT of plot holes and an overall feeling of "meh" (but then again I absolutely hate what Drew Karpyshyn did to Revan and so anything that expands on that storyline is not something i like much)
  17. I gotta admit that i feel EXACTLY the same way. Like it was cut short or something. Yavin feels waaay too short. TBH SoR as a whole is shorter than RotHC. SoR is mostly well done but I dont feel like I got my $20 worth
  18. In the original form of the game there was something like a 30 second cooldown on giving companion gifts! Yea i dont see why it needs to be a channeled ability, but my guess is that its to prevent accidental gifting.
  19. its silly that a joint republic-empire base can have pvp right there at the spawn point. This has to be an oversight. I cant see how its not.
  20. I do hope however that Bioware actually FIXES the underlying bug that led to them dropping an important credit sink. Ya know the one where people's skills randomly disappear and they need to go back to the trainer to re-buy skills previously learned? Sure its free now, but if the underlying problem is not fixed then it will still be irritating at the least to need to go back to the trainer.
  21. exactly thats all that is needed. A little bit of wait and see. The expansion is only going live today.
  22. not really mate its a name. CapWintrs is faster to type and means the same thing right?
