he was referring to the people who spend thousands of dollars of REAL LIFE money on cartel packs only to turn around and sell it on the GTN for MILLIONS. THEN during pre 2.0 you could use those millions and put yourself in full 63's ((read again PRE 2.0)) without even so much as looking at an operation. Luckily now the best you can do is sell your thousands of dollars worth of cartel pack loot for millions and end up with grade 30 gear and NO SET BONUS's. I prefer it this way. I hate that people with better jobs than me can spend that kind of money and easily make millions of creds on this game when there are people running around with subs and 12 alts with out a dime to their name haha. I fall into the latter. I hate grinding dailies. I may be poor but my gear is better lol, i may suck and need to L2P but at least i didn't spend thousands of dollars/yen/euro's etc etc to buy my gear.

It might be a good idea for your PR and IMAGE to find all the naysayers who don't play the game yet still constantly post on the forums. It's not doing you guys any favors to let the bad apples spoil your customer base by allowing them to post propaganda in the forums when they do not even play the game anymore. They just come here to talk crap on you guys and this game. I will not post them here do to TOS bylaws but i could give you about 30 names here on the forums of people from shadowlands alone, feel free to email me BW and i will gladly enlighten you. I imagine this post will get a few unfriendly replies, and as i have foreseen you can start there with that list.

i just stopped pvping unless my friends or guildies are pvping( they never pvp), solved that problem real fast for me. I think it's cause i'm a good guy at heart but i just don't feel right curb stomping people OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER, on the same token i don't like getting curb stomped. Solution for ME personally: Stop quing up for pvp. Yeah it ruins my game experience, but it sure beats beating my head against the wall getting mad at people. Also keeps me from feeling bad when i roll people with less experience. I have sat on both sides of the fence neither are appetizing. Maybe if I hated my job, wife, or kids i'd pvp more to let some aggression out. IF i did that i would probably suck it up and roll my imps to pvp. Honestly, the imps have a monopoly on faceroll in pvp on shadowlands what can you do Maybe i should go pvp on the imp side in greens and put them a man down, wait, bolster made it so that i CAN pvp in greens and compete. Not everyone is like that, you're just running into the handful of trolls who have nothing better to do than troll gen chat. Usually because they are bored or they have zero to little social life and since being a d i c k at their job will get them fired and being a d i c k in real life will get you a broken nose it's no surprise these types of people vent their frustration for their own self situation in gen chat on honest unsuspecting question askers. Again, not all are like that. EXAMPLE, you're on a planet, you see that planet has over 100people currently adventuring. You ask a simple question that requires a simple answer. Responses from about 3-4 people are usually the "your mom" variety. One or Two will honestly answer you only to be trolled by the same 3-4 trolls who were giving you a hard time for asking the question in the first place. REMEMBER: There are 2 types of trolls. 1: Genuine @sshats 2: The guys who think they're smarter than EVERYONE and require pics or it didn't happen. RESTATED: Not all gamers who play SWTOR are the above 2 examples, again remember out of 100 people only 3 or 4 trolled you, 1 or 2 answered correctly and politely. Which leaves 90+ people who didn't see/respond/know/care to answer. You can't assume those who remain silent are jerks as well. Chances are they are not jerks. Take the trolls with a grain of salt, easiest way to kill a troll is don't feed him and let boredom starve him to death, he's not doing the community or the game any favors let them rot and die and move onto another game. Meanwhile, don't ignore the people who do help and don't go NAZI on the ones who remain silent. You hate trolls is the point of this post. ran into a guardian tank, in dps stance, dps gear, needed on EVERYTHING even the green trash loot that drops, didn't respond to any tells or groupchat. Tried to pull the entire room on 3rd boss of Esseles then pull the boss, FYI this was 50 HM. His gear was a mix of greens blues and purples, some had aim stat some had cunning, you get the picture. Pulled the entire room then the boss. THEN the amazing happend, he acctually typed in group chat IN CAPS( a good lulz to me and my group) and said he was leaving because we sucked since he died immediately then we finished the room adds, WHILE THE BOSS was attacking us, and didn't rez him till after the fight and all 3 of us NEEDED on all the loot that dropped. We finished the encounter with my qyzen tanking which was SOO MUCH easier to heal lol. Henceforth this person has been /ignored by just about everyone on shadowlands who has been unlucky enough to run groupfinder and find this person in your group. I imagine he /unsubbed.

There are quite a few ALL adult guilds out there. Just gotta look for them, the guild i belong to on shadowlands is an adult oriented guild. We like to say we're casually serious lol. We run FP's and ops together, a few even pvp together though PVP is not our guilds focal point. The guilds you're looking for ARE out there. Just be careful and do your research or allow any new guilds some test time before you commit too hardily. There are some LEET EPEEN guilds out there who in the words of mr T "Don't got no time for no jibber jabber" and will have members that could/would possibly give you a hard time when it's time for you to deal with your daughter if/when that happens. I've been in a few guilds like that. "So and So isn't pulling their weight, so and so is always gotta bio, so and so is making ME wait longer than i feel is necessary." You know the garbage i'm talking about. You go afk to deal with real life and they pull boss and let you die. Or they boot you from group, invite someone else and continue on. I'd like to assume adults wouldn't do this to one another but it happens. Good luck with your search.

I've read many many many posts about how people are unsubbing and quitting game because they don't like this or that. So where is everyone going? FPS? or is there another MMO with "awesome" pvp that i don't know about. Or... are the majority of people saying they are going to quit just sending empty threats?

I am running 12% alacrity ( i forgot the hard number that gives me this % on my character sheet ) on my hybrid sage. I'm using a LULZ /Laughable 7/18/18 build right now as i don't know what i want to do with my last point. However am consistently hitting 250k dmg and healing in warzones. Not bragging, not even gonna post pics as this isn't a look how big my EPEEN is. THIS>>>> i'm having a good time with 12% alacrity on sage hybrid spec is the point. the roll ability by smug/agent costs 25 energy to use, has NO cooldown, they roll 4 times they're out of energy. I have trouble with them on my melee toons as well. But they can't roll far enough fast enough to get away from my sage. Roll a ranged dps or hang near ranged dps or slow them so they can only roll 6m.

it's not just you, and it's in pvp and pve and effects just about everyone present. On shadowlands usually, even on fleet, if one person says something like this "wow laaaaaggggg spiiii***kkeeeeee" usually 9 or 10 people will reply with "me too" or "yup get used to it" that's what i've done, gotten used to it.
