There was never ever tolerance towards "noobs" imo, on 55 lvl stuff. Or lvl 50 before 2.0. I still have some people on ignore list (& friends list) from the time i was noob. The FPs has gear requirements, if your char meets this requirements you not undergearead. My best advice is find guild to run the FPs with & add such people to ignore list.

The numbers are completely OK for HM imo. How you fail 2nd phase? What was happening ? How you decided your dmg is low ?

Don't know if there will be somebody online at you game time on the weekdays, couse we are from Europe & Africa only. But you can join op on weekends i think. We have NiM progression team (Republic) that is full atm, but with more people we will adapt somehow. Current progress 4/5 DF NiM (2/5 pre nurf). So we kind of avg. We try to run HMs on the Imp side each week as well. Still not team, but there will be.

Have not read the whole thread, but if you cannot trust you leadership, then one of this is true: a) you dont trust anyone b) you in the wrong guild

There is Incubation debuff on tank on boss that stacks, If more than one person gets the Incubation debuff, a Foul Offspring seem to spawn immediately, as many of them as the stacks on the person that does not have the boss anymore and this clears the debuff. This is the reason for swapping the tanks. If this happens too early and no pool available is a bit not good. So he right that this may cause a wipe. Some bosses are harder to keep aggro this one of them. It is not walk in the park and it is really important due to mechanics. I remember some threads in the past that people suggesting adrenals and stuff. And couse this is "should i taunt" thread - in NiM i use taunt right before she burrows for the first time, to give me the time to find where she is next. The other stuff that he says is really sad & wrong: 1. Have seen many DPS like this "i did not got guard and i was pissed off and made everything possible to take boss to show that i need a guard" The real challenge as DPS for me is different. Not to have a guard, do enough DPS and not take the boss Not always best DPS gets aggro. Sometimes it may be the worst one. As like we are moving the boss and somebody decides to get bursty. And if I have 4 DPS that do samish DPS, i may guard the one that i trust least. E.g. the worst player from my point of view. 2. Tank swapping when no needed for boosting, could not work here as well. If tank with stacks already it will result the same as DPS gets the boss, 2 people with debuff & ads spawn ... 3. Add should be grouped in pull, no AOE taunt here until last phase that the free tank may get some away from the healz and kite them. 4. Operation is teamwork So if you wipe check what you can improve, not demand only others to improve.

No you should not taunt. Log you fights and check TPS for the first 20 sec and you will be convinced by mathematics. As every rule there are some exceptions ofc.

We did DF HM yesterday and our impression was that something was changed as well. I cannot say if my tank was taking more dmg (shadow), i used the high absorb gear (~ 300, 1100, 1300) I think i keep the log so I will check this eve. But it was noticeable on my partner tank - guardian. Don't look at Absorbed Damage. Look at Miss % what i can see in you log is that you take a lot of dmg from Chest Laser & Mine (maybe you late on mines ?? ) Like this try: % of all 17.44% hits 4 Concussion Mine total dmg 30550 miss 0%

You can be perfect and still wipe. Couse it is teamwork. Everybody does mistakes. Good player is who learns from mistakes and dont repeat them many times. Enrage is DPS issue. Kiting Raptus is not to be done by healers. Raid leader issue. Boss one shot DPS is tank issue. My suggestion is you to start playing with a team, not just in pug groups, this will help you know the fights better and when problems are in you and when not.

I have 255 crit from gear. Have not experimented what happens with less or more. Quite content on my current parses.
