Asylum is a small Imperial guild looking to replace raid members lost to RL concerns. When we had a full consistent group we were progging NiM content SnV 6/7, starting TFB 1/5, and working on HM Tyth (13%). We raid on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7-9 server. We use discord and starparse for raids. We are looking for Tanks or DPS that have full clear HM experience (required), but preferably have NiM experience. Just wondering if a few of the Pyro DPS out there would share their thoughts on Crit Rating since patch 2.8. I was looking around on torparse and it seems that many of the top parses have like a 40% crit on railshot. Are people stacking crit to obtain these results? or just getting good RNG? 2922.59 DPS 3/7/36 Lethality Operative Not sure if anyone is still trying to figure out BIS gearing. I was running 110 crit and 395 accuracy for this fight. I'll take suggestions if anyone has any for improving gear -- I know that my rotation really stunk a few times in there. -Corvaan

1 major question about Lethality Operative DPS. Is it ok to consume all stacks of TA for use with culls? Having 1 stack of TA active should increase DPS by 2%. It would seem then that it would be ideal to always maintain that 1 stack of TA. Please let me know your thinking on this. Thanks again, Corvaan

My Raid group has 2 operatives (1 heals & 1 DPS). When we try to precast orbital strike it initiates the fight. Are we doing something wrong. It would be awesome to be able to precast it to start a fight but that only seems to work on the OPS Dummy (since it is a yellow enemy perhaps)? Any insite would be helpful. Thanks, Corvaan
