Yep, starting at 65 you do not have access to the class story (Chapter 1 - 3).

Um, quite possibly the oddest reason I have ever heard of to subscribe to a service. You do realize that SWtoR would be 'hurt' just as bad with a simple cancellation, right?

The class story is one that is exclusive to the class you are: Trooper, Knight, Inquisitor, etc. The planetary arc is the main quest on the planet that everyone of your faction (Republic or Imperial) has access to. So a Jedi Knight can't do the Trooper class quest, but they can both do the planetary quest on say Corusant. I hope this helps!

Just an error. To make sure I would remove any credit card information from you account. 63 days ago I bought the non-recurring 60 day sub and got the same email. After 60 days I went down to preferred and my card was not charged. I can still post on this forum since they haven't done a patch/caused a reset of the boards. I expect that I'll probably lose access when the next patch comes.

It is also much easier to do this in a single player game. Your decision 'nuke' Zakuul versus my decision to 'save' Zakuul means removing that entire planet from any comprehensive content later as the devs now have to support 2 versions of choice. Even though a lot of people like to say SWtoR is a single player game with a sub this just wouldn't work. The reason the 'choices' deal with companions now is that they have all been homogenized so there is literally no difference between them as long as you have enough to send on your crew missions while having one out.

Not to be 'that guy', but you had to click at least one box saying that you knew you wouldn't be able to do SoR once you started KotFE and I think it is actually 2 or 3 boxes.

Hmm, on my screen it is pretty obvious, but maybe that is because I am usually toggled light side. I think the default for Imp players is dark and Rep is light.

Are you making dark side choices while being toggled on the light side for DvL (or vice versa)? This would tend to keep you more neutral as the points you get for DvL would counter balance the normal alignment choices in the story. I'm intentionally keeping one of my characters neutral (or I was when I was playing) by changing my DvL focus according to my needs.

I doubt if there is a way to get rid of the alliance alert without completing it. I have alerts for the trooper companion (droid - forget his name) and the other alert that requires warzones with no intention of every getting them. The Master Ranos alert is bugged for Legendary players, but I never got it even though I only hit Eternal. I wonder if it is because I still have at least one active alert for each of factions (or whatever you want to call them).

Hmm, then you would have the added complexity of returning the token after every failed name attempt. Have you tried using the alt-codes? It might not be perfect, but it may be good enough.

Harbinger is the busiest NA server. Not much is a challenge playing duo or group until you get to hardmode flashpoints. I can't speak to operations as I have never done them. From KoTFE on the main story is solo only I think.

Yeah, sounds bugged. Also make sure that your choice for the DvL matches what alignment you want your character. I think Imp players are dark by default and Rep players are light by default. This choice will affect your personal alignment - whether that is a bug or not I don't know.

A preferred is a free to play account that has spent at least $5 on the game. By subbing for a month you exceeded the $5 minimum and from now on when you are unsubbed you will be a preferred.

Yes, I would. I like the story. I would treat it exactly as I treat it today. I would play for awhile, unsub, sub again for more story, unsub, repeat. I don't play when I am not subbed, but for some reason I lurk the forums

Sorry, these are not downsides to me. I haven't bought (or sold) anything on the GTN since 2014 (I think) and I hardly ever notice chat - except when I play on Harbinger and I have to turn off chat (especially when the US was close to an election - whew!).
