You may see "lots" of complaining, but as some bright individuals may know there are plenty of players, new & experienced, online taking part in the game and probably thoroughly enjoying it. Give everyone on the planet a fresh juicy peach, and statistics will show that roughly 10-15% of the entire population will dislike the peach, and complain, while the rest of the world are contently enjoying the delicious peach. This, boys and girls, is part of Murphy's Law. "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong." You simply cannot please everyone, it is impossible.

  4. This is a known bug that, unfortunately, cannot be fixed until patched. When you unlock Nico before you activate the new expansion (IE: Beginning the story) You lose ALL previous companions, that includes Nico.

  6. So are the contacts on other planets capable of being recruited as companions once you finish their missions? Anyone know? Like on Hoth, etc

  9. The story, so far, is awesome. I love the companion changes but what about the unique actives each had available? I also love being able to change the companion from one role to another easily, and the annoying task of getting gear for them being removed was nice, imo. As soon as I got off work I came straight home to give this a go, and I haven't experienced any bugs or glitches, no lag and no issues connecting to the server to play. Unlike some other MMO's that will not be named during expansion release... Though getting to 65 was incredibly easy, not sure if that was intentional or not.. Thank you for a great expansion. I appreciate all the hard, and amazing, work put into this, I am truly glad I decided to remain subbed. I look forward to the following episodes! Keep up the great work! :D
  10. From a healer's point of view 16man is more difficult than 8man NM - yes, we have titles and clear in a day - whoopdy doo. It's easier for "fails" to be carried in 16man than it is in an 8man - only thing we have to go on is who pulls threat the most since we don't have any DPS meters. Having done 40man then later 10/25 WoW raids, EQ, Eve fleets, and DC:U (lol) - Swtor OP's are by far the most fun and challenging, imo - especially when you've taken down Soa and Karagga while they were both full of bugs/glitches. Remember? before the chest spawned, I'm sure you remember..

  13. it's pretty much useless as a healer, but it's nice to fool people in warzones who are interrupt happy. I could see the dps scoundrels using it every so often.. I guess.
  14. What did you do, spam heal a consular as they life-tapped or use frozen water over and over? Highest I've ever got in Voidstar is 650k for heals, and that was with me running from door to door healing my team as necessary with 0 deaths and many, many interrupts.
  15. Impressive, very impressive. @Waagabond - Lol at you, lol indeed. I'm a bad scoundrel/op? I top charts in PvP and I'm 5/5 in nightmare mode, fool. Sentinels: Use many hotkeys and take a bit of know-how to master. Scoundrels: All specs: healing, scrapper and dirty fighting don't use nearly as many hotkeys as Sents and are almost face-roll. THAT BEING SAID, I'm not saying Scoundrels have it easy or good, our class needs work for sure. Waaaah, I have to use double vanish to kill someone now.. Waaaaah. >.>

  17. agreed, sentinels use a lot of hotkeys, while my scoundrel on the other hand, I only use a few. I have lots of respect for masters of the sentinel class. however, sentinel dps is still very superior, and the class is in no means as 'gimped' as scoundrel dps.
  18. You'll find out as you get higher, this is, for the most part, true. Depends on how good you are, how well geared you are, how well geared they are, how good they are with their class and who is currently broken/balanced. Scrapper doesn't really shine until later on, so imo, go sawbones if you don't want to dps. Oh, and ignore that other skill tree that we'd like to pretend isn't there.
  19. I never use it, main things I use: slow release med, emergency medpac, triage (for debuffs and quick heal) uwm and occasionally cloud. I will use kolto pack to fool the enemy team in pvp though, pretty much all I use it for.
  20. I'm 4/5 rakata with 1/5 columi and a rakata weapon + offhand, left all the mods 'factory default', and I have no trouble healing through nightmare, so I don't see what all the fuss is about. Fine the way it is and a nice balance, imo.
  21. thank you for all the helpful insight to the Marauder spec, EasymodeX. It's kind of sad that there's really one one good tree right now, Rage being a close second.
