The problem with the game isn't "random bugs", it's bugs that are affected EVERY SINGLE MOMENT of the game. If you have a stone in your shoe, you take out the damn stone (because it's annoying) BEFORE you put on socks. (socks are normally comfy)

Arsenal is a turret which is extremely easy to play, and Heat (the BH resource) is very easy to manage. Pyrotech is a car filled with shooters - it's harder to play, Heat management is a PITA, but all* your abilities are instants. * (Except Fusion Missile and Death Star from Above)

Merc Pyrotechs main damage comes from DoTs. I've had no problems topping WZ damage done as a Pyro Merc (lvl 45 now), but I can't say how the situation is at lvl 50. (obviously, I could also be playing with a team full of bads, but ohwell)

Mercenary Pyrotech is extremely "run and gun" -like.

It's only a tooltip error, the actual benefit is applied. Most of the tooltips in the game doesn't change when a talent is applied to them

Snipers/Gunslingers doesn't feel like a threat.

OP's suggestion was probably one of the dumbest I've ever heard. To give it a comparison: - Tracer Missile with a 20s cd - Remove Stealth from Operatives - Remove Force Lightning and DoTs from Inqs - Remove Rage-generating abilities from Warriors "but oh wait, you say, that would totally break the calss mechanics!" BINGO! Which is exactly what OP suggest, which makes it incredible freaking dumb.
