  1. What exactly does "freezing" do? Sever Force toolkit says "Weakens the target, freezing it in place for 2 seconds and dealing 1884 internal damage over 18 seconds." It works as a root since I can stop people with full resolve. But it also fills resolve bar on those without full bar. I find it very confusing.
  2. Please keep the "lifetime" rating that never resets. Then add seasonal rating for each season. Thanks.
  3. Don't start WZ with 6 vs 8. If one side has 6 or fewer, just cancel the match.
  4. Are DoTs not considered force attack? Is this a bug or working as intended?
  5. I find this thread highly entertaining and interesting... way better than the usual whining thread. I have never given much thoughts to the overarching storyline. Somehow I have always assumed that each storyline exists in a parallel universe, but apparently I'm wrong. Of course, your side is winning wherever you go. The cool part is that your victory can be undone by somebody else. I also find it intriguing that some class stories happen before others. Is it confirmed? So far on the Republic side, each class story hardly has any connection to one another at all and i can't tell which one happens first or last.
  6. This QQ thread is dumb Sever Force (Pub version) of CT is awesome and the main reason I spec Balance. You Imps are spoiled by instant Shock. For Pubs, SF is my essential tool for interrupting turret cap or bomb planting. Project takes >1s to hit, weaken mind (DoT) doesn't tick until 1-2s, FiB has longer cooldown, and pebble throw can't be used on a run.
  7. Kill trading doesn't happen on all servers. On Giradda, Pubs are outnumbered probably 2.5:1 but we manage to put up a fight once in a while. I haven't witnessed any kill trading so far. I feel bad for servers with worse imbalance and I'm jealous of servers with balanced population.
  8. It's a start. There's not really a reason to add more Orange gears to the game since we can't replace base mod from Purple gears. So everyone eventually ends up with Rakata/BM gears. Once we can wear any Orange gears we like, I'm sure it'll be trivial to add more looks to the game.
  9. Sage is NOT equal to Sorc. Delay in Project versus instant Shock is a huge difference. If any nerf will be applied to sage/sorc, I suggest adding a delay to Shock.
  10. I wouldn't be surprised if he got several levels of Valor from last week Ilum patch debacle.
  11. I had a similar issue in HM Taral V. We barely beat the boss, got "Finish FP" pop-up, and got killed by the remaining adds. We respawned at Med Center and couldn't come back in to loot the boss. It is just stupid.
  12. I find the previous incarnation of Ilum very cute, a peacezone where players from both sides chill out and chat.

    The biggest thing going for DAoC was the realm pride. I banded with my realm mates to fight the enemies. I love how I could not talk to Hibs/Mids and could only identify them by races (and classes via how they dressed). I was severely disappointed when I learned that people could roll BOTH imperial and republic toons on the same server. Chatting with enemies by /s is also not cool.
  14. Just add delay to Sorc's lightning like Sage's Project. That might all the nerf they really need.
