You need to also get 900k+ worth of healing on your team aswell. Even an average geared Vig like myself could probably hit 400k with that kind of support. Taking nothing away from your set up and rotation OP, but pvp is very situational. Good read though thanks. Also looking at the other teams healing stats, it looks like a total stalemate with lots of damage being done but no "real" damage being done. That match must have been hard work!

Have to agree re: vs a decent healer, lethality becomes frustratingly limited , cant nuke the healer down or his buddy with guard up- definitely the biggest weakness I have discovered so far

exactly, consider yourselves incredibly blessed if you are able to actually sit there in cover and nuke, 1/20 warzones i got to do that, even with pugs! any half decent scoundrel or whatever will be on you in a flash heck even troopers (usually with a healer) go for me straight away! sods

see thats where i have an issue, when i was MM i was rarely able to sit back and burst and i personally cannot believe that anyone who pvps regularly can say that happens?? (mainly down to my own experiences) i found and still find it so so rare that you are able to pick and choose your fights as a MM sniper unless you just sit on the flanks and do actually just pick on people already in combat- in all honesty i got bored of that very quickly anyway being mobile and being able to really be in the thick of it is key for me in regards to lethality and pvp and its a much more fun and involving experience i loved MM spec but i found it so restrictive

yeah i had fun in pvp for the first time since the launch week yesterday; i intentionally held my main character back a few weeks ago in hope they would do something like this and/or balance expertise/pvp in general. thankfully its paid off.

overall i agree, the bolster system was fun while everyone worked their way up to 50

i certainly never get ignored; i think thats the fundamental thing; if we are allowed to do our thing we will steamroll most WZs damage wise. I just rarely get that luxury. i dont just sit in the middle, i flank / hide & utilize lots of LOS situations; but there seems to always be a sneaky scoundrel or operative picking on me every round haha

i seriously only ever get to do that rotation if the other team is full of noob PUGs or something; yes it is possible but again i never feel like i am in control in a 1v1 unless the opponent has no CDs ready- we are so predictable i know its a completely different game but at least the Hunter in WoW had some flexibility. good god i am whining to much !

im 42 now and i am giving up focusing on levelling my sniper i feel absolutely useless in warzones at the moment, unless im lucky enough to be in a good team of 50s that do all the hard work and let me sit there spamming shot rotations. but thats 1/50 warzones

if theres 1 half decent geared Scoundrel / Operative on the other team with a brain cell i am totally out of the game; the class mechanics and ui/ability delay are killing me; im still usually top 3 damage, and thats my role fair enough but in terms of playability its really one dimensional i have even gone lethality spec just so i can try and be more use to my team if im being CC'd out of games, the AOE Slow and dots etc give me some comfort when im dying every 5 seconds

some good posts in here, its very situational and in the real world and not those pvp videos on youtube, we get targeted and we dont have all the time and space to sit and DPS i like sniper, and 1 v 1 i like to think i will kill the opponent, unless its a scoundrel who gets the jump on me, for example - they really do my head in im only 41 and im not even pvp'ing now until the brackets are in, once theres a 50 only i will hang around 45-48 and grind out my tokens as at the moment im struggling playing with level 12 pugs against level 50s all the time

Yup the good Dr has completely changed how i level, i go in guns blazing know i can kill everything before i die.
