All of these classes can be countered if you know how to work around their cooldowns and your own. Snipers / gunslingers are nowhere near useless. Legshot in fires and acid pits, pecking people off one by one to wither down their numbers. They put out some massive damage if left unchecked. I dunno why my eyes wanted to read this part of the post, but they did. I play Star Wars to get away from WoW yet it always haunts me in every QQ thread i read. Take this out and stick to the main subject lol. Edit: grammatical error for the grammar nazis out there.

I agree with everything you said except Kinetic Field, i feel that's a pretty useless talent point because you shouldn't be standing in aoe in the first place, imo it'd be more for PvE situations where you have no choice but to take it. Just my 2 cents though.

inb4 bracketing every 10 lvls. Yes i have a bad day when i see that my team is still in their teens, but they did that so it's more diverse and allows you to learn it early with having higher lvls teach you. Imo they need to have a "l2pvp tutorial planet" or something for some people that are in the 30s and 40s who pvp like straight scrubs (i.e. leaving nodes once they cap, standing on a ledge to a class that can charge and score the huttball.) common sense people. I mean, i agree (sometimes) that they should bracket lvls because people that are 10 are pretty useless, but i enjoy blowing them up at the same time on my alt.

It's not that EVERYONE in the game is bad, it's that there are bad players on every realm. We call those casuals. The best thing to do to remedy that (to a certain degeree) is to l2get some good pvping friends and que it up. even if you get 4 really bad players, as long as you know how to play the game and focus fire healers and cc dps while maintaining the objective, you'll always win. P.S. do it as a Repub character and you get even more props since they're underpopulated

I like the idea of it, but i can see it going downhill and fast. It's bad enough people lagging in 8v8, people having 1 fps in ilum on overpopulated servers, and random dcs when entering and exiting warzones. i do miss the OLD (vanilla) AV where the games didn't finish for hours (sometimes days) and you would farm just tons of kills and meet people and have nice chats. xD Anyway, enough about WoW, let's talk Star Wars!

Ok, so we established 50s only bracket so i can't bash the lower lvls into soil. Now we're proposing gear brackets so the 50s who never pvped to lvl (because that's completely viable now) can't go against 50s that pvped for awhile? Sounds like a case of l2pvp more instead of quest grinding all day. Next topic: We need more brackets for lower lvls, those darn twink 49s are killing us!

This. I rerolled Repub with my guild on my server because I'm tired of getting Huttball 24/7 and never seeing any Republic. Now we're the ones dominating the WZs and making the overpopulated Empire look bad. I don't go out to Ilum cause that's a different story, numbers win there.

Because focus fire should not be in PvP, gotcha.

Here's a little fun fact for you. If you say a word a multiple times, it starts to lose its meaning. You put "nerf" in this thread 11 (if my eyes are correct) times. 1. interrupt 2. stun 3. run away if you know you can't beat them. 4. unsub. ahhhh the good ol QQ threads! They seriously need a seperate forum for these. I do not play a sorcerer by ANY MEANS so let's establish that. But i do wreck them on my 50 Venge Jugg and my 35 Inf Shadow . Don't cry wolf when you see 4 sages rolling around destroying everything. L2get some friends and troll everyone else right back with 4 ops/soundrels or pretty much 4 of anything! it's called focus fire, 4v1 = you dead. 1v1 = whoever knows how to counter and has more cooldowns up.

imo i don't base skill of people on 1v1 situations because everyone knows 1v1 is completely balanced. /sarcasm If you have an awesome team in a team environment, that's worth recording, but all this cooldown popping nonesense on 1 person for bragging rights just doesn't seem right to me. inb4 "yeah cause you can't win a duel" My Venge Jugg is beast, so is the guy behind the keyboard of him

This. People are expecting miracles to happen the day after a bug is found. I'm just waiting for these doomsayers and GW2 fanboys to unsub so we can enjoy the game with less complaining. P.S. I'll be reading the GW2 forums and laughing when i see pages of complaint threads about mesmers
