Ya pretty much everyone goes through this. Its even worse if you didnt have any expertise going into 50 (you could have around 80 if you pull enough exp mods from pvp weapons) and if you didnt have 1000/1000 comms to trade in and get bags right off the bat. All I can say if it gets better with each piece of gear you get, upgrading your skills will do **** all. (in the way you are saying at least)

ahh I could not find the old post to link to but some guy has already hit legacy lvl 50 and posted a ss with it haha (that was at least over 3 weeks ago) I am only lvl 9 though so you are all kickin my butt at least =p

ya because people should have to spend 2-4 days of dailies before joining the lvl 50 brackets riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight quit being so selfish I would rather spend those days gaining comms and getting more champ bags then doing some **** pve dailies. Please nobody listen to this guy and join the 50 brackets as soon as you hit 50.

one of the worst decisions they have made yet -- because my cleanse on a 5 sec cool down wasn't good enough. pvp is situational, if you go to cap a point and you don't have a cleanse on a short cd or another player with you who does then maybe you get dotted and can't cap, so what.... next time maybe your cleanse is up and you get the cap or maybe your buddy sage with the 5 sec cd cleanses you and you cap (how do you think we were doing it before) Now no matter what the cap will take place, it just kind of dumbs things down a bit Also a question, does this include dot aoe skill as well (like that fire skill)because technically that should not int ppl anymore either.

They actually mentioned adding a bunch (12 or 14) objective medals before they mentioned this bs 4 medal cap system which basically makes objective medals pointless imo (who can't get 4 medals, I can get two from my first 2 cast spells for crying out loud)

not sure....but if you want to find out you can just take off all your gear so you have 0 expertise and then use one and analyze the results...

While it doesn't beat out 'OTHER SIDE' as the worlds dumbest way to call out a side, it is right up there. It's easy just remember what side you are currently on, 'hey I am going east', then if someone yells "west" you don't need to do your dumb 'never eat soggy wheat' you know exactly where the trouble is. If people are to dumb to learn compass directions and need to implement some snow/grass method then all hope is lost lol I am just glad the people on my server are a bit smarter then a 4th grader.

we tried a structured event this is what occurred ; ..gather 50ish guildes head to ilum, oh wait we can't all fit in ilum1 (imps have it capped around 70-30) so we go to ilum2... ...we send ppl with imp alts to stir the pot a bit (call out imps to ilum2), nope imps won't leave their cushy base camping for a real fight. Ilum2 rep side had avg 50-55 so it could have been close to even. we then try to get rep ilum1 guys to switch over leaving no-one for the imps to kill.. but nope they seem to enjoy the few kills they get every 10 minutes from a turret , or the 'lets get drawn out past the cannon and then get zerged' tactic... gets the weekly done sure but such waste.. so even when you try to do something like this BW punts you right in the gonads limiting any kind of fun that may have been possible. (imagine if we could have joined ilum 1 and had a massive battle there.... oh wait there is no way in hell the game could handle that many people in one instance...lol sigh)

new medals for objectives are coming.... (patch 1.2 ?) I don't know when specifically but its already been talked about. /thread.

You can remove it in your setting.... you should have probably checked there before making a post about it, but live and learn. GL

hit 50 last night - republic - twin spear server - took me like 5 wz I think and one win didn't count. I then did the wz weekly (9 wins) in about 2 2-1/2 hrs. They will either introduce x-server queues or server transfers soon, which will alleviate the problem for some. (albeit prob not the best solution) GL

If you or your guild were any good you would have switched to the republic side long ago...

Question: I am level 27 valor rank 17, if I were to level to 50 primarily (90%) through wz would I be valor rank 60 by the time I were level 50? Just curious if anyone has leveled through pvp only and what their valor was by the time they reached max level. Thanks

I throw my vote in to support the twi'leks..... I think they should go even further and make it so my hair doesn't disappear when I wear a hooded robe. If I wanted to be bald I would have made my char bald. (I know this is a common MMO issue but I still dislike it) GL, hope you get your hoods.
