early access is not a bonus,it is the entire point of pre order, it is all that you are paying for when you pre order. They made 10 million in sales just from selling early access pre orders.

You see a lot of brown nosing in any game forum , but this one in particular just seems full of people lining up with their knee pads to kiss the dev teams ***. You know they don't even read the forum, right? The mods are probably still shell shocked from 1000 pages of ragestorm yesterday too. They can take criticism, they don't need you lining up to scream about how all their mistakes are really just brilliant plans that no one understands but you. It's just pathetic and sad. Aint you got no self respect?

haha yeah, it's unplayable because we are in the staggered launch queue instead of the server queue. It wouldn't have been unplayable either. There were a million or so North American pre orders and we had a million people online at once for the last beta , the servers never had a problem with it. Bioware did something really stupid and shady for this launch, and they never said why the **** they did it.

Except instead of saying wait a few hours, security packed up early and went home.

They spend 200 million to make the game but it will bankrupt them to spend enough to let everyone who bought it actually play? Wow , what are you smoking.

That's the stupidest part about this, they said they wanted to avoid five hour server queues so they created a week long real life queue, and all the problems this staggering was supposed to prevent are still going to be there on the 20th.

I pre ordered a game so I could play it with my friends. That was the whole selling point, that was why we pre ordered. The pre order never said anything about "up to 5 days" until a few weeks ago and we know the servers can handle at least a million people online , because that's how many the last beta had, with no trouble. Bioware ****ed it up and pissed a lot of people off. I don't know why you are sticking up for a corporation for doing something like this. You are just making it easier for them to get away with stuff like this.

You cant flood the zones, they just create as many as they need depending on how many people are online, You can switch between them if your friends are in a different one and a lot of the starter zone stuff is instanced anyway.

We understand that Bioware ****ed up, they ****ed up bad and they aren't saying or doing anything about it. No one is confused about this.

it's 1.5 million, 1.5 million pre ordered. The last beta test had a million online with no server trouble at all. They are just *********** with us.

Tricking people is not good business, It's just a scam. Bioware is not some shady corner store , it's one of the oldest and most respected companies in the industry.

The sales pitch says up to five days and the reality is "at least one day". That is the definition of false advertising. It is inequitable as hell.

I read the same ******** everyone else did. It's still there on the front page. "Up to five days" means they are actively *********** with us and that's all it means.

**** Bioware for doing this, this is just insanely unfair. People that pre ordered in December got fooled good, and they are still reeling in more.

Yes, because getting in line at a movie theater is the same as pre ordering a game over the internet. There is no :facepalm: big enough.

We weren't promised something, we were sold something. Specifically we were sold a crock of ****.
