Maybe Bioware are just trying to get us ready for the server merge by setting up massive chat lag

I've unsubbed, I played on an American server when the game first came out long before our APAC servers. I am not going back to that, I put up with the latency in those days because I KNEW we were getting our own servers. My Latency goes from 40ms on Dalborra to 200-400ms on Harbinger. Lag that high kills PvP and wipes whole raid groups when circles lag in Ops. If we have to merge our servers it would of been a better option to merge the 3 APAC servers into 1 server.

You say that like PvE isn't affected by lag as well. Circles lagging at people's feet basically instant kill the entire ops group. Everyone should care about how stuffed this is going to make us.

That's near impossible with an MMO

Never run EC in WH gear. The only people that can possibly get away with WH gear in PvE stuff are tanks. The expertise stats steal aggro so if you're running an instance that your guild is already finding hard the WH gear is going to make it worse. Seriously it's not that hard to gear up with groupfinder these days.

You can't have 2 separate colours because it's completely against the lore. A double bladed saber only has one crystal not 2. Personally I think it would look silly anyway

There is only one thing that annoys me with LI and that's the run back if you do wipe. Other than that I personally love the challenge of it. The rewards are worth the effort as well. It's not like the drops are Columni

Bioware why don't you make the downtime something like 9AM CDT (7AM PDT/10AM EDT/1PM BST/2PM CEST/10PM AEST? Would mean it finishes 1PM CDT (11AM PDT/2PM EDT/5PM BST/6PM CEST/2AM AEST, it's not that hard to find a time that isn't peak time for a region

I wonder if this has anything to do with some of the tranfers for oceanic players screwing up? Not really too big a deal tbh a few more hours of not playing isn't that hard

- The Jekk'Jekk Tarr - Finnegan - For me I can see the "Original Server, Character Name, Destination Server" buttons as well as the transfer button (Greyed out obviously) but none of the dropdowns are working.

Mate not sure you'll have to worry about it, the way things have been going the transfers won't take place until 2020. Seriously though I am assuming when the transfer does happen we're gunna have to just rename our legacy name.

Slightly annoyed if this is true but I am not that pissed about it. Most of my guild suspected this because it would let the new guys get to 50 and have an easier time grouping, etc. It's not like I can't still play my trooper on Jekk Jekk Tah either. I am actually taking the chance to level an Imp alt as I've only played Republic up to this point. I will say this as much as the wait will kill me to play my trooper here I am LOVING the 1-100 MS lag we're all getting.

Um then what are we suppose to do about names? Should we create alts with the names we want and wait for the email?

I don't get what's so funny, most of us already play around the downtime and have been fine so far. Why would that suddenly become hilarious because we have official servers who's downtime will still be the same as we're used to, 7pm?

Well the Euro servers are already broken up into English, German and French servers I'd assume it would be the same sort of system with English speaking, Cantonese, Sinapore

Got it on our third go. First time we screwed up and didn't realise about the knockback thing. The second he bugged and when he flew over the edge he didn't die. Third time worked fine.

I don't know how everyone else will feel about it, but personally, I'd like one of the legacy bonus' coming to be Datacrons shared over all the characters. I am hunting them down atm and really don't want to do it again on all my alts Sprint from the get go would be nice too.

Here's an idea bioware don't make everything so damn expensive that people have to resort to farming creds. 48k for the lower level mount? I am having trouble atm getting the 210k for the 40 one. Not to mention the price of skills to be learned. I get people hating gold farmers, I do too, but fix the economy first
