only click the other enemy once. if you spam click, there is a delay in which the game is still processing the command. for a demonstration of this, use any companion to fight a hostile. spam click that hostile. your companion will keep resetting for a time until you stop clicking. same phenomena is observed when you die and elect to be res'd in place. spam click that dispatch probe button, and it will take forever, possibly indefinitely to actually res until you stop clicking.

i developed a heinous eyelid twitch playing swtor. true story. still fighting it. anti-glare screens, quinine, eye drops, the whole nines... it won't go away

sucks because i get home from work at midnight PST... and go to bed by 2am. (i work swing shift). three out of the last 5 nights when i get home... no super happy fun swtor. this makes me a very sad panda.

i hit 13 losses in a row on my 22 jedi knight and decided it was a complete waste of time.

that's about all i do in these anymore. it's to the point as republic that it's not even worth sticking around for the first minute of getting dominated.

and it's a bummer, because the 40+ planet storylines all have major affection gain chances for blizz, so he was intended for use, for sure. but i guess blizz' function was nerfed like Tenacity stated above. makes sense, since a change that major late in the game to the companion dynamic required a ton of work and it was in beta, and just prior to release. seems like the band-aid came in the form of a nerf bat - and thus, non-viability - at least for a dps merc.

i should have stated i'm arsenal, but it was obvious and i guess it makes sense that he was meant to be a companion solely for a bodyguard spec. problem is, if i wanted to heal, i would have played a sorc. shooting people to heal them is still a very strange concept to me... even toggling the tank mode/sniper mode/taunt on and off doesn't seem to help. would be nice if i could at least move his shield ability to my regular bars.

Ok, so I am only a lvl 41 Merc. and maybe i am not putting out enough damage, but I have updated all of Blizz's gear, and any pack with an elite, let alone a storyline boss, he is sure to die. My heals as a merc aren't worth casting, and fights that I could do with Mako, I just can't do with Blizz. Any suggestions?

does this mean the lvl 50 Bounty Hunter Merc armour won't be updated anytime soon?

the funniest is finishing off a mob with unload. it just keeps shooting and shooting until you do something else. that said, it's annoying as all get out when you're spamming it when you really need to cast it, you see a cast bar, yet the button CD is neither triggered nor does the move work.

i've found these bugs are caused by not going exactly where the quest tells you to go from to the exact destination right afterwards. if you're stuck, simply retrace this path. fly to the location you received the quest on, and then fly right to the next step. worked for me for The Tyrant quest.

it did catch me off guard to see the play time remaining - but cannot be accessed until you pony up for a subscription. again. there have some misleading underhanded ways of going about these issues... first was the early access ambiguity, then the sign up for a subscription before you can do anything... even though we're giving you a month 'free'. i had the impression from this statement that you could try it for a month to decide if you liked it enough to subscribe. a little disheartening that they weren't straight-forward about it. i still wouldn't have hesitated to sign up/play, but not being up front about it was unnecessarily shiesty, imo.

I've got a Asus G60VX-RBBX05; Processor Intel Core 2 Duo P7450, 2.13 GHz 4 gigs of RAM Graphics Processor / Vendor NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M Video Memory 1 GB DDR3 VRAM I play everything on the very lowest settings, no shadows, and pvp is unplayable, with enemies jumping all over my screen. load and lag times are almost 3 mins between screens, there is mad delay between my character's attacks, sometimes, i have to spam buttons and it still doesn't do the move... i'm seriously considering an upgrade in hopes that i can play this game somewhat smoothly in the future...
