Pro tip: If people buy your item, it was either priced correctly, or maybe priced too low. If the auction expires, it was priced too high... adjust your auction prices accordingly

UI sucks, PVE fights are bugged to hell, PVP is horribly balanced, opening the mailbox deletes everything in it, no combat log, no target of target, PVE fights are seriously bugged to hell, no dualspec, no damage meters, no competitive PVP, Voidstar NG is freaking retarded, no guildbanks, endgame is ridiculously lacking (mostly due to PVE being bugged to hell)... All of this would have been forgivable if I could just play a Jawa, or hell, ANYTHING but a Human with <insert color> skin

How do you figure that SWTOR is mainly a PVE game? If it was mainly for PVE then I'm pretty sure they wouldn't release it with over half the PVE instances being bugged

Most classes have a similar ability that says "only works on weak and strong targets" (which means not on elites, champions, bosses or players). I'd assume the IA ability works exactly the same but the tooltip doesn't reflect that edit: nevermind just looked up Headshot, it says that on the tooltip too. Only works on weak, standard and strong. So not on players

If they didn't want the huttball jumping around large distances for chain caps, they wouldn't have given you a button for throwing the thing

I can vouch firsthand that this solves nothing whatsoever. I am a tank but still can't find groups in under 30-45 minutes because we will still need a healer. Hell even when my wife respecced healing so that we were a tank/healer combo and only needed to find 2 pug DPS, it STILL usually took so long that we just gave up and logged out before getting to do an instance. This game will die very quickly if a LFG system isn't added soon

It may be. But with no indication of that from Bioware, one can only assume that it is not on their list of things to add to the game. They have mentioned competitive pvp if I recall correctly, but they specifically avoided calling it Arenas, which leads me to believe that they incorrectly think this game is better without arenas

Oh is the tanking spreadsheet also used for DPS specs as well? I use that sheet all the time for mitigation and threat but didn't know it could be configured for DPS specs too

Tank spec is exceedingly durable in PVP when a DPS spec'd tanking capable class guards them to provide an additional 50% damage reduction? I don't see anything OP except for how Guard in general is very OP

Are you actually talking about MVP votes or the Medal things? MVP votes are just whoever votes for you. If you're playing really well and not winning MVP then that just means people chose to not vote for you for whatever reason (possibly because they're idiots, who knows) I've seen the afk bot dryhumping the corner win MVP when people just wanted to joke around

I dunno about the haters, but I will be canceling my subscription if a few more months go by without a LFD system. Doing instances is ridiculously painful right now, it takes an hour to form a group and then 20 minutes to do the actual instance (and that's as a TANK, if I was DPS then I would just give up and cancel now)

Man WoW used to be pathetic in terms of how impossible it was to PVP as a new level <whatever max level was> without any resilience, but SWTOR is WAY worse. I just hit level 50 and don't have much pvp gear yet, and I get 2 shot in this game worse than I ever did in WotLK

I like shield tech spec with Mako companion at all times. Killing stuff is pretty slow but you can solo just about anything (even 2 man heroic quests). And really even leveling with a fully tank spec I find that the painful time waster is all the ridiculous travel time, not the time spent in combat killing things somewhat slowly edit: about stat priorities, as a shield tech I go with endurance > shield/defense/absorption rating > aim > everything else, and I still don't waste nearly as much time on killing mobs as I do on traveling around

Did EQ and UO mobs drop AOE fire and then stand right in it without ever moving even if the tank moves away? Because there's not really any way you can adjust your tactics to avoid that type of AOE fire other than rerolling as a ranged DPS
