  1. Yeah, that why I was wondering whether I missed something somewhere along the line.
  2. How do you get epic hilts from Artifice? Constantly R/Eing?
  3. Ahhh, never tried GW. What's the combat like there? Do you have to learn combos or something?
  4. What would you consider a fun combat style? I've only played WoW, WAR and SWTOR and so far, SWTOR has been the most fun for me.
  5. In PvP, Endurance is king. You can't do any damage when you're dead. In PvE (I'm talking about end game Ops here, not leveling/soloing), you need to stack up as much Strength, Crit and Power as you can.
  6. Great, I was hoping someone like you would post. Sounds like G13 is going to be it. I was wondering how that thumbpad on the Nostromo even worked, lol...
  7. I looked at the Naga and it just seemed to me like it would be incredibly awkward having to use your thumb for all those buttons. Maybe I just need to hold one IRL and see how it feels. Do you ever hit the wrong button on accident? How much pressure do you need to apply for the click? The reason I ask is because when I right click and hold + slide the mouse (to move the camera around as I'm traversing the BG), I naturally apply pressure to the left side of the mouse with my thumb... I wouldn't want to be accidentally pressing buttons by just trying to move like I do.
  8. So, as the title implies, this is a thread about gaming keypads. As well all know, the Jedi Sentinel is a class that requires an incredible amount of finesse to perform at peak levels. This isn't your silly facerolling Trooper, ezmode garbage Bounty Hunter pew pew pew class. We need to utilize a myriad of skills with great timing and the prime real estate on the keyboard quickly starts running out as you start approaching that level 50. Utilizing Q,E,R,F + 1,2,3,4,5 is nice but I need more and I hate modifying things with L-Shift and L-Ctrl ... I want a separate button for as many skills/trinkets/meds as possible. As a result, I'm seriously contemplating getting either a Logitech G13 or a Razer Nostromo. The directional thumbpad/thumbstick would essentially replace the need for W,A,S,D and make moving your characters in a very organic way with but a single digit (thumb in this case) possible. Imagine having all those fingers and buttons available to quickly and effortlessly execute every possible command... It sounds very appealing to me. The only question that remains is which of the two to get? Is anyone using one or the other? Maybe a better option that I'm not aware of? Has anyone experienced both and has a preference? Should I just L2P using the left side of the keyboard like everyone else? Any and all advice is welcome.
  9. Create multiple voice profiles? Are you 13? Do you know how the real world works? How many lines do you think they had to record for the JK story quest alone? How many lines with all the side-quests? Some people literally baffle me with idiocy.
  10. Luke was a failure as a Jedi. NO ROMANCE, NO EMOTION. Your job is to defend and be as objective as possible, you can't be objective when emotion rules you. L2P.
  11. Yeah, I like how he calls 85% of the game from 1 to 49 "side missions." LMAO
  12. Haha, I'm the exact opposite. I'm level 23 and still on Taris (not Tarnis). I did like 3 or 4 Essels runs as soon as I got to the Republic Fleet, then I did some PvP and then I did like 3 Hammer Station runs. I also do every single quest and Heroic available before moving on. Doing a bunch of space combat missions after getting my ship didn't help matters either. Everyone is going to eventually be at 50, what's the point to rush through the content? Enjoy Bioware's masterpiece, you're paying good money for it.
  13. Slightly off topic, but did anyone have any trouble with that optional champion dude in the Dr. Godera's cave? I was level 22 (he was 18) and he gave me fits. When I started doing the area, I was just going through it like a hot knife through butter (understandable as I'm 4 levels higher than the other mobs) and was worried that it was going to be too easy until I ran into HIM. I haven't had any trouble killing anything in the game at any point in time until that dude. JFC, if that's what those elites are going to be like, it's going to be tough. FTR, the actual Watcher One fight took me like 5 seconds.
  14. Yeah, I totally forgot about being in Shii-Cho. Forgive me for this incredibly dumb thread, lol.
