  1. Hey guys...Just getting back into the game from a pretty long break. When I played before I switched to the "Watchmen Spec" around level 32 and never looked back. I'm coming here to find out if I still need to run watchmen or should I use something else now? Thanks in advance!
  2. Interesting. Not sure if I want to cap it out but I am working some surge enhancements into my gear. thanks for the advice.
  3. Sup guys..Someone posted it somewhere in the forums but I can't remember which thread it was so I will just ask.. Someone mentioned that once you hit a certain number with your surge it begins to not benefit you. I am going to post this screen shot and would like some feedback. What number should i be shooting for? http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x238/shawnsum/Screenshot_2012-01-11_19_27_08_143425.jpg
  4. *Bump Bioware, this will make or break your game. You can count on it. Can't believe your art team even considered this, like seriously..you guys put this in the game...you guys at Bioware CAN NOT really think it looks good. I'm going to let you in on a little secret Bioware. When people play a MMO, they want to work towards something that makes their toon stand out or look cool. When we log in we want to see our fcking bad ***** toon there waiting for us to login and go kick some face in. No idea what your game plan or thought was behind this DISGUSTING armor but its a fail..a significant fail. FIX IT.
  5. Just wanted to post something and see what you guys thought. Say your playing the "Focus" tree. Your abilities make your sweep crit, wouldn't stacking Surge be the best bet there since it will increase how much you crit for?? Or am I missing something?
  6. I can't resist from saying this but.....Everyone else has failed to comment on the fact that the OP said he has "1 credit" on his character. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I'm sorry but this leads me to believe that you have no idea what your doing playing a MMO. I don't even remember the Elites your talking about so they must have not been a issue when I was on that planet. I'm not trying to troll...but you are doing something incorrect, not just with the class you are playing but with the game entirely
  7. I think you all ask to much and are to picky. I mean is it really that big of a deal to check your action bar to see your cool downs?? Also, maybe you have not played the class enough or something but...In my opinion once you have played the class a while you pretty much know when your abilities are going to be up and what not..
  8. Someone else made a post either earlier today or yesterday and I can not find it now but they had pictures of a set of armor that was White, it was AWESOME. I believe the Armor was either end game armor or maybe level 40ish Armor. It would be cool if we could collect enough Data to make a Sticky or something for Sentinel Armor because I am pretty sure you all would agree with me when I say....... late game pvp sentinel armor is laughable in looks...like seriously....come on mannnn
  9. Its not the ONLY way to go, other people are having success with Focus and Combat.
  10. Here is what I have done in my Watchmen Tree. If anyone see's a mistake..plz correct me. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#501bIMRrR0fr.1
  11. Whats the bug with Kira..I am in the dark about this I guess.
  12. I MUST know where this White set of armor can be obtained from?? I need it.
  13. Care to elaborate a little on what you mean by this? Not really sure what your getting at here. I usually use Blade Rush whenever possible.
  14. Alright..this will be my 2nd or 3rd post on here as I have sat back and read all the Sentinel complaints and here is my story. I PVP'd a lot on my Sentinel early, and omg was I frustrated as hell. I had no CC or anything and was just getting kited to death all day long it seemed like. Oddly enough I was still racking up the kills and 9 times out of 10 I was top 5 on the leader board by the end of the game. I chose the Combat Tree early on because my focus at the time was PVP. My late 20's I started getting some really cool skills that helped me slaughter people in PVP. Then I started noticing some things when I would go back to questing..... At around level 30 I really started to notice that the game was changing for me, I wasn't blowing through strong mobs anymore and was taking quite a beating as well. So I came here and noticed a LOT of people using the Watchmen Tree..so that's what I did..a simple respec to see how different the game play would be. Epic Success from there on out. I am level 38 now and I am really enjoying the class. My opinion why the Sentinel class may feel underpowered to people is they do not know how IMPORTANT certain skills are while fighting, especially when you engage with Elite mobs. Your Saber Ward, Force Kick, Force Stasis, Rebuke and Pacify are all so very vital in how your engagement will turn out against stronger mobs. I really feel that people may neglect to use these skills properly and or at the right time, thus it sours their gaming experience. I would like to end my story with a example from me changing to Watchmen from Combat. I made the switch right before I was going to Balmorra, the very first quest I believe I had to kill some Elite Colliode bugs or whatever they were called. I am 100% sure I would have struggled sooooo much with those mobs has I NOT made the Watchmen Spec move. Hope you all enjoyed my story, feel free to comment. I am open and more than happy to give any advice or debate on anything related to Sentinel game play.
  15. Sup guys..I am level 36 and I couldn't help but to notice that I have more Endurance than Strength. Currently I am sitting at 597 Strength and 636 Endurance. Am I doing something wrong with my gear selections or is this normal?? Also, another question I was wondering about...Should I be looking towards more Power or more Crit when choosing gear and weapons?
