This is MY opinion and if you disagree, thats your own problem. These are only 1st impressions after a week as a Sentinel. What BioWare did good; - Captured the acrobatics of fighting in SW well. Lightsaber moves look simply amazing. - Made an excellent base for a class. The concept of being a dual weilding maniac seems good, but doesn't appear to have been replicated well. - Made a good story to go along The story is captivating and I enjoy it very much, still not finished chapter one yet though ;L - Made a strong PvP class Every game needs one. What BioWare did bad; - Whats with the voices :S They sound so "I'm the nicest person ever to live" I am currently Dark II and when I condemn a family to die I want to sound the part! - The damage feels to be lacking a bit. For example, when i'm in a group with a consular spec. I can be there fighting the boss, feeling like im doing well and accidentally stop for a second and see that the DPS on the boss appears not to drop, making me feel insignificant. - The Talent Tree doesn't feel rewarding enough. (Combat) When I unlock something I don't feel "Omg I will do so well with this", I more feel like "These all look equally useless, may aswell put one point into it to advance." MY Suggestions. 1. Create multiple voice profiles. 2. Reshuffle the talent trees to provide better results. 3. Have more than just the facial features change as you choose dark or light (Voices). 4. Improve the core mechanics of the class so it doesn't feel like i'm collecting focus only to spend it all on 3 moves, then repeat. 5. Make the class better at soloing, I find myself relying on the aid of my Tank companion too much. 6. The concept of holding two weapons tends to go down two paths, one being intense Focus and the other being blinding rage, i'd like to see this reflected in the talent trees for us who chose the path of the Dark Side. 7. This is a general point, abilites for Dark and Light side only. Say when I got to Dark IV i'd like force lightning, one of the Dark Side's most well known abilites. CONSTRUCTIVE AND/OR CREATIVE CRITICISM ONLY.
