It isn't in the game because BW doesn't know how to program and code "saved specs" into the game. With the myriad of technical blunders BW seems to have going with this game, this theory is most certainly fact.

You're not understanding Flashpoints and Operations it occurs automatically at the end, you're not accepting anything. That's how they circumvented that limit. Why is this hard to understand?

It's because they wanna reinvent the wheel, they wanna be edgy, different and revolutionary. Too bad they do none of that and just FAIL! And without x-realms the que would be long. Why they just don't take the model that has worked in other games and use it is beyond me and is quite frustrating

It does and it did. Why do you think you got legacy exp from these quest turn ins. You still were getting exp, just wasn't applying because you were at max before 2.0

When you run an op or a fp a rewards box comes up at the end. If you click the X it goes to pending at the top right. This does not count towards the quest limit

That's not the point. This is okay, I'm underlining it and everything, we want to do missions with more than one of our companions. Nothing about being anti-social or anything, it's just the PC and it's companions are a team and we'd like to do solo instances with them. It isn't a difficult concept Separate instances tuned for the PC and 2-3 of their companions like in the DA and ME games. BW has done it before, this shouldn't be new to them.
