dummy parse are not a real world example of the damage you can output in pvp as in pvp you are fighting people who can move and counter then things you do and prevent damage from being done factors that are not in place when you are hitting a dummy that doesn't move or fight back.

Not really when you consider how fast one can do 8k damage in pvp it's really nothing at all just a extra hit or 2 depending on the class and attack.

given the minor difference in stats between bis 248 and bis 258 it won't make much of a difference at all certainly not enough to turn the tide of any pvp match.

Because honestly you guys are going crazy over nothing for one I have full 248 bis gear on live right now and when I put together a full set of 258 bis on pts it barely changed anything not enough to be overpowering at all and two the system to get a full set of 258 has a clear cut path that doesn't revolve om any RNG like the GC system so you wonder why the devs aren't really responding is because you are acting like chicken little acting like the sky is falling when it isn't the current system for 258 gear is pretty much like any other MMO endgame gearing system where over a short period of time you can fully gear your character.

Not really the heroics which give you your weekly crystal are all instance or trigger spawned so no need to wait or worry about others.

What you are experiencing is the old system as I have explained the match making algorithm only is in effect when certain conditions are met if the queue pool is too small it makes teams based on how long they have been in queue and doesn't take into consideration any match making rules in cases or proper populations in the queues with enough tanks and healers in said queues the algorithm works properly.

You realize that I pointed that out in my own statement when I compared T4 epics to 252 by saying they are only slightly better because they are only purple 252 I pointed that out because people likely assume that both 252 and 258 are epics like the previous set so I needed to make that distinction otherwise he might assume that state wise there wouldn't be much difference between the 2.

You don't need to craft 258 you can simply buy them with 4 master work crystals per piece its actually more costly to craft 258.

Currently on Ossus you can't buy those it's just whole pieces with the same type of stuff as T4.

It's still ok because testing 258s against master mode is idea as it gives you a good look at the difference the gear will make on live.
