  1. This is a ridiculous take on class balance I have ever seen. brb, operatives should be useless out of stealth and marauders should be able to face roll anyone 1v1. Most of operatives fighting occurs OUT of stealth.

Sorcs/sages >>>> Ops/scoundrels in huttball healing specs. brb, chain pulls brb, knockbacks brb, bubbles compared to aoe stealth that doesn't work while in stealth and resets the ball? aoe stun that breaks on any damage? Stealth, but you won't have the stealth level talents so its pretty much moot because anyone can see you half way across the map...
  3. Marauders/sentinels. They could have used a buff for leveling, but didn't really need one end game. But Bioware, catering to the glowstick crowd gave them a buff anyways.
  4. So sorcs complain about a 4% nerf in one of their dps specs, yet tell operatives aren't allowed to complain about a 10% dps nerf in their only viable dps spec?

  7. Admits operatives are one of the least played class. Response: Nerf it to the point nobody ever wants to play the class again. Game is now balanced.
  8. In 1.2 Ops may actually struggle killing their council member on nightmare mode. So nightmare EV, Ops dps is pretty much a liability.
  9. No reason to play anything but a healing scoundrel/op come 1.2. Time to just admit that if you wanted melee dps, you should have just rolled sentinel/marauder or shadow/assassin if you want stealth. Lead dev doesn't understand the core concepts of scrapper. Dirty fighting is useless. They just made healing slightly more tolerable even though sage/sorc will still be better.
  10. Georg Zoeller is mad that operatives got the best story and his sorc's story was one of the worst in the game. So he feels that he must teach us a lesson about enjoying the game.
  11. 5% within marauder dps doesn't work because we have no gap closer. How many bosses have knockbacks, need to move, need add switches, etc? 5% dps difference on a target dummy doesn't count because in practical terms, our lacking mobility makes it even worse.
  12. The lead dev sincerely believes operatives can stunlock people to death and balances around that premise. So tell me, who is getting hosed?
  13. lol, the leading dev believes we can stunlock people 100% to 0%. You can't even get a sorcs/sage below 50% while stunlocked. Yup, time to reroll when the lead dev doesn't even know his own game.
  14. It's the pts. They probably made it valor rank free so people could buy it to test the changes for themselves.
  15. Sorry dude, but any energy change right now is meaningless. With the current rotation, you don't run out of energy unless you're not paying attention. The idea that they are just going to hack off damage (approximately 10%) to give energy more sustainability when it was already sustainable is laughable.
  16. No, you just refuse to read what I actually wrote. Right now, on live realms, tank healer combos already dominate warzones. That is a given. That is nigh undebatable. Patch 1.2 gives sorcs/sages a love tap with the nerf bat (only to be followed by incessant crying), buffs operative heals and nerfs classes that generally counter healers. Hence, patch 1.2 will make the healer tank warzone paradigm even stronger.
  17. Right now as it stands, concealment vs marauder is basically a dps race assuming both classes use their defensive cooldowns and it just comes down to who crits the most. Patch 1.2....concealment op shouldn't even attempt to engage a marauder at 100% health.
  18. Concealment operatives for patch 1.2 had all, and I do mean all, their main attacks nerfed to some degree or another. Even shiv was nerfed....shiv of all things..... Forget ever trying to kill a healer. Concealment operatives will be lucky if they can kill marauders anymore.
  19. It is bullplop. Sorcs are crying about taking a small tick of health or using a bug to up their healing in rare situations......and how thats the nerf that destroys the class. Sorcs/sages right now are completely deluded mean while whole dps specs are getting the nerfbat thrown at them.
  20. That's bullplop. The nerf bat barely grazed sorcs and sages, despite all their crying. Even with the buffs to operative/scoundrel heals, sorcs and sages are still hands down better. They just stopping a stupid hybrid build that wasn't particularly the best build to begin with.
  21. The million marauders that already exist already have the healing debuff. Not going to make a spit of difference.
  22. Patch 1.2's balance changes are stupid. Right now healers and tanks already dominate warzones. Now, they nerf a couple classes that actually kept healers in check (read: ops/scoundrels and a couple other dps specs) Patch 1.2 is a big middle finger to anyone that isn't a tank or healer.
  23. Hidden strike after they nerfed it was never a problem. For them to further nerf it is just stupid. It's like the devs got together and just decided to make changes just to make changes.
