I have posted some of my ideas in past threads and after re-rolling a new character in a different class I wanted to reorganize some of them and post them again for Bioware to review and take into consideration. Please if you don’t agree with my line of thinking at least write down your own ideas and add them to this thread. The purpose of this thread is to combine ideas that Bioware can analyze for now or future adding for improvement of The Old Republic. 1.Housing in any planet. It can be instanced and with the ability to decorate it. Decorations could be crafted and sold in the galactic trade network. Special decorations could be acquired by doing hard mode flashpoints and operations. The idea is to make the game feel more like an mmo and bring more life to planets rather than everyone being on the fleets. Bioware can take advantage on locations in planets for instanced hosing/guildhalls like a chamber in the higher levels of the Korriban academy, a Sith enclave in the lower level of the dark temple in Dromund kaas, an apartment close to the casino in Nar shaddaa etc… 2. Guildhalls. Like the previous point guildhalls are needed in game for guilds to have their private space to conduct guild meetings, role play, social gatherings and duels. Guild banks were a good step forward, but we need more things to unite guild members. Guildhalls can be instanced on any planet and with different themes like a military base or a sith/jedi enclave. Again, the idea is to bring more life and population to planets. The way I see it, it’s a shame that swtor has beautiful planets with so many details and you can’t even live on them. 3.Open world pvp needs more focus. It’s too restrictive even on pvp servers. 4.Pvp arenas in the fleets and in main cities in some planets. 5.Social games in planets like Nar Shaddaa like pazaak, swoop racing and gambling. 6.The ability for players to travel to the Huttball arena, be part of the audience and place bets for matches. 7.Open world pvp events. Bioware needs to really bring alive the conflict of the war between the sith empire and the galactic republic. Please also add story to the conflict, do a world event in which the treaty of Coruscant gets broken and the galaxy is finally in open war. 8.Add planetary control for factions in open world pvp and add perks and bonuses for both winning and losing faction to keep the war going. 9.Master and apprentice options for players interested in a deeper role-play experience. 10.Real time space combat. Adding sectors in the galaxy where republic and imperial players can pvp in space. NO RAILS. 11.Take away exploration restrictions like exhaustion zones. 12.Add exploration locations hard to get to or to secret to find that contains ancient knowledge that can lead to a special ability that can only be acquired by getting to that place and doing the respective quest. Quest will take a long time to complete and can take the player around the galaxy. The special ability can range from a new force power or fighting technique that can only be used in pve. This will inspire players to explore and shape their character they way they want. For example: A sith warrior could learn the ability of force lightning (Not talking about the legacy ability) or a jedi consular learn force aura. 13.Please Bioware review the story again. As a sith warrior I am the emperor’s wrath, but the jedi guardians killed the emperor, so now what as a sith warrior?, what happens now?. As a sith warrior I can’t continue being the Emperor’s wrath if there is no emperor. The Emperor is presumably dead, Darth Angral dead, Darth Baras dead, Darth Malgus hiding in the outer rim, so for a game that Bioware aims to last at least ten years they have managed to kill mostly all main villains. What is up with that Bioware?, are there plans to add new villains or can the empire strikes back and kill Satele Shan and all those she loves. ( Yes, I’m an imperial player) 14.A Rancor and Krayt Dragon as pets. 15.Dewbacks as mounts. 16.Vehicle customization like changing the color and adding designs. Upgrades to possibly increasing the speed. 17.The possibility in the future for the empire to travel to Coruscant and the republic to Dromund Kaas for open world pvp events. 18.New styles of ships. 19) Open world pvp battlefields. Bioware needs to fix Ilum and extend battlefields on more planets. Extend open world pvp to cities and outposts on pvp servers. 20) New planets more open ended like Dantooine and Yavin4. Mannan could be also an awesome adition for open world pvp. This are just ideas that in my perspective could make the game more fun. Let me hear yours
  5. My bonus damage is 380 Accuracy is 96.88% Critical chance: 18.92% Right now I have might armoring 22 and advanced deft mod 22A. I can make and use intensity enhancement 22, because it focus on accu/crit. What do you think?

  7. I'm lvl 49 sith warrior juggernaut dps spec and i'm investing in lvl 49 artifact enhancements. What would be best to focus on for pvp, power/surge, critical/surge, power/accuracy or critical/accuracy?. My accuracy is 94% right now.

  9. I'm fairly new to crafting and I lvl up to 400 cybertech a few days ago. I was wondering what is better for a sith warrior juggernaut, advance deft mod 22 or advance deft mod 22A?. I have been crafting the 22A version, but I saw the regular 22 in the trade network and I wanted to know which one is better. Thank you
  10. Seriously no offense guys, but do any of you knows how to read and understand the concept of sarcasm?. I know healers are not the flavor of the month, the comment was used to express in a sarcastic way my opinion regarding what I have been experiencing lately in pvp in my server.
  11. On my server (The twin spears) out of 8 players 6 were troopers spec on healing. All I'm saying from what I have been experiencing is that it's takes away the fun.
  12. No offense to any healers, but whats the point on pvp if everyone is a healer?
  13. I have been playing warzones during the day and 90% of the matches mostly everyone is a healer. I understand the concept of the flavor of the month, but this is just ridiculous. The point of having different classes is to have diversity.
  14. I can't get "A Tightened Grip" or "Operation Shatterstorm". I remember I did them when I first got to Ilum begining of January. After taking 3 month break from the game I come back and it won't give me the option to do them again since they can be done daily. Any suggestion?

  16. I'm a happy camper if I can get an armor based on Emperor Palpatine or Darth Nihilus. The current war hero armor makes SI look like lizards,lol.

  18. Sith inquisitor is a class based on Emperor Palpatine (Sorceror's) and Darth Maul (Assassins). Please Bioware create armor based on those two characters. The war hero armor make us looks like lizards and the black hole armor make us look like one of the haradrim characters from the lord of the rings.
  19. You are obsessed with swg. I never mention player cities for all I know player cities ruined swg. Swg was not the only mmo to have housing, othe mmo's like Lord of the rings online have housing. I never said that my ideas will save the game, but it will make it more appealing to casual gamers. In order to recapture lost subcriptions Bioware needs to tackle more than just my ideas, but they are a start. Casual player do like housing and the option to decorate it. Casual players also like more exploration without restrictions and so on and forth. The truth is that this game is lacking those things and you can see the result on the amount of player leaving.
  20. I'm a very blunt person and I call them the way I see it. You don't have to believe me, you can see it every time you log in and see less people, queue times for warzones take longer and sever population has dropped too fast for a game that has been out for almost five months. I have played mmo's in the past that have failed and it all starts with similar patterns that are going on with swtor right now. The title is clear, is a call to Bioware to focus on the things that are important and search for ways to improve the game. They have the right to read and pay attention or not, but in the end statistics don't lie and those players that have cancel their subscriptions is a consequence due to the current state of the game.
  21. Just got out a warzone were in my side there were only 2 people and the enemy faction had 6 and on top of that they were all war hero's using full war hero armor. How can you have fun in pvp like that?
  22. You got to realise that there are hardcore players out there that will look out for any single way to exploit the game to their advantage. They don't care for the fun of pvp or the game itself and you are right there has been something not working the way it's supposed to be.
  23. And while you laugh so hard, other people at least sit down and try to think on ideas to give the devs on how to make this game better. Why don't all of who think this is so funny come up with ideas of your own. Subscription are in decline, warzones queue are getting longer, and all you can do is laugh.
  24. Oh please, don't give me that cheap excuse. Management only approves, devs are the ones that think and come up with the ideas to implement on the game.
