  1. Fantastic explanation They changed the name football in soccer because they did not want to make confusion with rugby.... All of this in England!!
  2. Soccer? What's this stuff! F-O-O-T-B-A-L-L Damn Yankees! The name is football!
  3. The devs could come to my very doorstep and tell me that the oranges in my fridge are actually bananas, but they would still be oranges though. You can't answer with something idiotic to a valid argument and pretend to be right, you just can't. The guy just told you why acs aren't really different classes making a very strong example, and your answer basically was "they are because the devs say so." ... weak. The one and ONLY dev basis for not allowing ac changes for now is money, as for now having people wasting their gametime on rolling basically the same class to have access to its different set of specs is more profitable as people are still inclined on making chars since the game is new, later on when it wil be more likely to keep getting people's money through convenience i'm sure ac switching will be allowed.
  4. Heroic leveling content was a terrible idea and i agree it should be made normal. having a named here and there that you have to group for is something, having entire areas all over the place that require groups while leveling are a waste of content as only a small part of the pop is going to bother with them. Sure they are optional, but they're a HUGE waste of content the way they are now.
  5. So, with the current ridiculously op state of marauders, assassins, and sorcerers, the only class they actually go and nerf are bh/troopers? They can't be serious with this bs.
  6. sure why not, not exactly a priority though

    Resolve & Roots

    Yes they should.
  8. There's nothing to discuss really, the 3 op acs are marauder/assassin/sorc. Wasting time "discussing" anything else is pointless.
  9. When can we expect to see dual spec in game? It had been announced as on the "to do" list since pre launch and then never mentioned again.
  10. That's merely because marauders and sentinels are even more op than sorcs and sages and are even more fool proof to play assuming you have the correct spec. They got way too many (and too short) insanely powerful cooldowns on top of doing ludicrous damage.
  11. Throw in a ridiculously op resource mechanic compared to bh/ia ones which actually need to be managed, and the obvious answer is no.
  12. Because i prefer to focus and use only one character and don't want to play two, that's why. And since your main reason for not wanting ac switching throughout these months has been that according to you "people having to roll different chars to play the different ac offers more replay value than simply switching" i said wahtever ok, even if i think it's dumb as hell, i'll level the other ac and enjoy the "fabulous" fake replay value, then i can go back to my main and just use that and switch as i please, what's the problem with this? I can't possibly see ANY valid gameplay/mechanic problem really.
  13. If a player had both acs at 50 at any given time, why should he be required to keep both characters in order to switch? He wasted the time to level both acs to 50, which according to several of your replies in this very thread is what's important for the game's "longevity", he unlocked the feature, there's no need for him to keep both. He's never using one of those characters anyway. If he wants to delete one it's his choice. What difference does it make except wasting a slot? None. It wouldn't really affect the gameplay in any way. Would you sleep better at night knowing people are forced to keep a character they never use? What difference does it make to you, i mean, really?
  14. Why? The person had both acs to 50 at some point, legacy achievement done, feature unlocked. Why making them waste a char slot, they wasted enough time leveling a second 50 to access the ac swapping feature for their main char. I don't mind keeping the second 50, as i don't plan to have 8 active 50s on the same server, but what difference would it make if i deleted it really? I would only just use my first char and swap ac with it, why should i be forced to keep the second char too if i don't want it? Sounds like a useless rule to me.. I'm just curious, why should features in your opnion be as annoying as possible for the players for no reason whatsoever? It's like asians wanting their mmos to be as painful as possible with ridiculous senseless penalties, insane farming, little rewards for huge timesinks... ever considered going to play one of those? I sense it might be your true calling.
  15. So what you agree with my suggestion now that you actually read it?
