  1. Sup Fido. We'll miss you. Good luck with your RL endeavours! We look forward to your return.
  2. Kitru is a guy( wait he's a girl I think ), that substitutes google and wiki for knowledge. I tell you good jug brutha, that you shan't worry..for the shadow/sin horde, haven't the skill or ingenuity to grasp the basics of their class, and in the second, lack the brainpower to formulate their own solutions for their own problems. Relax jug brutha, they haven't the nature for war. They would rather type tedium and mash buttons than fight!
  3. /sign. I ran through the new czerka dailies because they were something new. Even then I could feel my brain beginning to leak from my ears. I could not fathom doing them again. Please bioware, Save my brain cells!!! Every time a pvp'er does a daily pve mission, baby Jesus cries.
  4. The fail is strong with you. If you are a pve'er, then I'll understand and forgive you. Recite the sith code fifty times, then carry on your way.
  5. Hmm. Switching Rampage proc to a 10% damage boost instead of crit increase might be a more reliable process. I don't know about the rest of these hooligans, but I applaud your insightfull effort. Just expanding on your premise, what if the damage boost was a window? So instead of exhausting the rampage proc on your next attack, there was a window of enhanced damage for all attacks within said timeframe. Similar to marauder's gore? LoL it's just an idea.
  6. Nor do I want it to happen! The current animations let me strafe like a bauws. Hilarious because, players who just stand stationary and trade animations with their opponents don't experience the "slide". ...if they are mobile, by all means, they shouldn't be complaining.
  7. Oh reeeally. Well good for you. When do the rest of us get tickets to the AndrewPast Show. j/k LoL cheers you lucky bastard.
  8. Bah. You're right. I'll sit back a see what happens. It's enough already. Time to let the people's champions do their jobs lol. Best of luck on the battlefield brutha.
  9. am sure yer stats are fine but replace improved sunder with stagger there is nothing like charging an enemy in huttball on a fire pit then using intimidating roar(your aoe stun) while walking away and watching him burn if he breaks the stun use force choke over the flames this is the best way to eliminate an opponent as a sith warrior and you can not do that as effectively with yer current spec also try not to blow all yer cooldowns all at once for you must use the force(situational awareness) to truly dominate as a jug in pvp Forgive me. I allowed my vernacular tenacity to get the best of me. Fighting as a jug is about strategy and landing combos to control your opponent. Ultimately by doing so, you need to use your intuition, and will eventually develop your personal playstyle. Anyone can charge in and rattle off attacks blindly, but the ultimate goal is about expressing yourself. Spend time observing your abilities and think about them. There is a place and time for everyone of them. When that place and time may be, is for you to decide. ... Only 10 sith codes for you my boy, and you'll be good to go.
  10. Information to a new player other than you: Learn to play both. If you're leveling in pug warzones it's the perfect time. Regardless of spec there are other jug abilities you'll need to apply...namely taunts. Vengeance is single target application with modest durability. You want to control and chase your target to his death. Vengeance should lead the charge. Rage is mass area damage and single target applications. Rage is the ultimate spec to kill with. Problem is there is no survivability. That's what I'd suggest to all new readers who weren't already aware. My response to YOU is: - recite the sith code...over...and over...and over...
  11. Excellent suggestion. Outstanding in fact. By feating into this new ability, vig/veng spec could significantly soften a shielded target in a pvp scenario. Allow further coordination between all specs, AND allow the penetration from other classes to stack. Example: - said target gets 20% from tank and additional 20% from middle tree. Then have a dual-wielder come in and apply the middle tree 100%. In effect, for that "focus" moment, there would be a 4.5 second window of 140% debuff. That would negate the 50% shield quite nicely. Shields don't behave like armor, but increasing the harm potential would affect the dps outcome favourably. (Not to mention crits). In essence, with team gameplay, this function would place a Serious threat on shielded targets for example. It could in fact resolve the healer-made stalemate status quo.
  12. Well it's all part of the plan. We've been guilty of the same process on this thread but it's ok...talking jug is good. We have to remember that the devs may disagree completely with what our concerns are and say "We feel that jugs are in a good place right now and will not be revamped at all". I think the concerns we are focusing on are good. There is definitely a bridge that we must build between our pvp and pve gaming. I will focus on these tonight in a new thread, requesting assistance from you guys. That thread will not be our official thread, but it will be the final draft.
  13. hehe, in time bud. I'm giving our rep a chance to observe and calculate. The more we collaborate and present our "suggestions", the easier it will be for him to finalize and create our official new thread. There are a few of us that bounce between the guard forums, trying to lock down some synergy. I will presume this is what our rep is doing. An update would be nice. I will give it another day. If Marl doesn't pipe up, then I'll present a vote thread. We juggers will then vote on our three questions thread either nay or yay. Hopefully then marl will have a solid foundation to build on.
  14. Needs work. Thank you for grabbing a seat at the round table. There's a bong getting passed around. You'll need to puff on it.
  15. It's logical to presume this would work. You would see an increase, but only on paper. The problem with savagery, is that it has no "French Benefits". What I mean to say, is yes, it will auto crit, but that amount is usually always below 5k. You need your crit rating for the rest of your spec. I've tested skipping out on savagery, and alot of times without it, it will crit anyways. I use it with my hybrid tho. The big hype over rank2 savagery is laughable in a way, for it provides an icon which in turn "suggests" that something "incredible" is going to be happening. When you hit a healer with all this, he simply yawns and says "meh". In a predictable fight against another jug, it will simply foretell the use of sabre reflect. If they revamped savagery to include a bleed increase and armor penetration rating coupled with a critical guarantee for each force scream bleed...THEN the healers would say "oh sheet"!!!
  16. aaahhh. Progress. I love it. Personally couldn't suggest a better quality of life question for our classes. Get back to some specifics and tie in our jug suggestions. We may have a winner.
  17. I hear ya bud, but it is a simple scenario to visualize. Imagine what would happen if they did not re-hash the same gear and introduce new tiers... They would actually have to spend time and money developing pvp content. They won't do that. It has been painfully obvious that they won't. They have cornered the market down to a group of subscribers who either love the notion of Star Wars, or who simply love their toons. There will be no comfort or reprieve here sir. You will continue to experience the complete and ultimate failure of what could have been a great game. This is old news. The rest of us just deal with it.
  18. *refuses his turn to puff on the bong of pretention...then puffs anyway* Honestly? I'd exchange this random ravage proc rubbish for an equivalent upgrade in generic bleed dps. I'm in a warzone...my target is mobile...ravage resets, but I need a different attack. Oh I get mezzed. The target speeds away and line of sights from charge. Pick 100 different examples of how vig/veng gameplay could become less static. With the current over-indulgence with ravage/masterstrike animations, I'd really exchange the ravage reset for an increase in bleeds. Put that in yer pipe and smoke it.
  19. Definitely %. I'm away from computer but I'm sitting around 95.8% accuracy. With that percentage, I have: - 1% from companion. - 3% from middle tree - I replaced two surge enhancements with accuracy/power ones. I've had alot of success with this percentage in pvp. Increasing accuracy from here isn't a priority for me at this time. If I was going to increase it, I'd swap one more enhancement.
  20. Excellent example! So true! One of the suggestions for the Enraged Defense revamp, specific to the rage/focus tree was exactly for that reason. We're asking for a defence mechanism ( similar to vig/vengeance ), or a increase to the self heal.
  21. First of all, it's a toxic wasteland, of course they're resentfull for being drug there. LoL j/k. Are you referring to the class quest there? Or just the planet quests. If memory serves, you should receive affection from Jeassa when you force-choke that snotty imperial officer.
  22. Well said. Your idea actually consummates both mine and Andrew's suggestions. Not only would the "360 derp-factor" be removed, but the damage potential would still remain in the player's hands. This in essence would make it a more skill-based application. I like it. Finally, to all who've failed to realize, this is all based on a future premise, that would revolve around a total healing revamp. They could not, nor will not exist without the other.
  23. By all means, I encourage you to continue with this train of thought! I appreciate your offer of assistance, and ask for an updated version of our questions. With great thanks, I respect any mention of proposed specifics and expect your best!!! Please include brief specifics on: 1. Vengeance Rampage and Seething Hatred revamps. 2. Enraged Defense revamps, intrinsic to each tree.
