    I was surprised this morning when they launched with more PvP than PvE servers.

    That simply isn't held to be true by any competent business. The vast majority of product complaints come after the transaction has already been made with little ability to directly measure its affect on future business. Businesses which ignore customer feedback as you suggest end up failing.

    Those "whiny 12 year olds" are their customers. Having lots of upset customers is not a good thing in business, particularly when it can be avoided.

    I joined on Day 1 and never had a queue by choosing a less populated server. Still, knowing I am in a 9 hour queue would be better than not knowing what day I even get the chance.

    They could have and should have sent out more. There is nothing that waiting until tomorrow will do better over continuing it this evening, other than considerations for their internal staffing.
