Ok, so find all that "lower level expertise gear" because that's half of the problem.

Ok, first off you obviously don't even know what socialism is if you think WoW had socialism. Stop listening to Fox News. Furthermore, if there's any welfare at all going on right now, it's to the benefit of people who got into early access on day 1 and raced to 50. Now they've just been able to zone into warzones and pretty much sleep through the games as they rake in free commendations, credits and valor. I don't think any level 20 expects to be as strong as a level 50. But at the same time a level 20 doesn't want to be forced to fight a level 50, either, and if they are then they'd at least like a level playing field of some sort.

Ops/Scoundrels remind me of rogues in vanilla WoW. Running around destroying anything that moved and patting themselves on the back for being so skilled, then crying later when they got brought into line. Ever seen World of Roguecraft? Yeah, you guys are the Eddy Gordo of ToR classes. Enjoy it while it lasts. I look forward to a future filled with, "omg you broke my class!" when everyone who rolled the FOTM ganking class sees themselves brought into line.

The most annoying part is that when the majority of us hit 50, THEN they'll bracket off 50's. But by then all the "race to 50" people will already have farmed up a ton of easy ranks and gear by easily just steamrolling lowbies over and over. Then the rest of us get to actually battle it out like we're supposed to. (except for running into people who got handed all their gear already, ugh.)

I'm completely boggled at the fact that people are defending a system like this. It's one thing to force everyone in the same bracket as the 50's, but to also offer no pre-50 gear whatsoever (aside from a small amount on a mod on a weapon) with any PvP Expertise at all is just staggering. I cannot even imagine how people are defending that system. Even WoW wasn't dumb enough to throw level 10's in with level 85's and say, "You get 150k HP but no resilience. That's fair."

I guess I don't get all the analogies and such to this problem. There is no good analogy because the item in question is pretty much laid out before him and very obvious. There was a huge button that said "Speeder Training" and had a very sizable number next to it. What more do you want? You want everything to be double-checked before you do it, even when it's very, very obvious what the item is and what the cost is?

Actually, it'd probably be as simple as making two brackets. 1-49 50 Being a low level is a Warzone with the Bolster system isn't so bad until you run into 50's with Expertise gear. That's where the real issues are. Of course, the dev's have already talked about this, so eh. It's on the table to be addressed.

Nope. The game only gives you a nice, "Hey, we're going to boot you." window that pops up and has a 20 second(?) timer to react to. There's no way you're just sitting there talking or crafting and just get kicked out of the blue from inactivity. That never happened, sorry.

I'm 99% convinced that this entire thread is one big troll, but it's still entertaining me. I've never seen so much rage over something so incredibly insignificant.

Wow. As close as it is to New Years Day, I wonder if we could get this thread nominated for a "First World Problems of 2012" award.

I love all the posts suggesting that if you made credits without Slicing you must have had no life. /boggle News flash, you make a ton of credits doing just about anything in this game. When my wife and I 2-man Flashpoints, darn near every mob is dropping upwards of 500-1000 credits each at level 35. Quests practically bury you in credits, even the space missions are decent sources. Not to mention the ~70,000 credits I got just selling blue/epic quality artifice gems I had laying around the other day.

Well, Artifice can't make mods, so....

Why do people keep talking as if WoW doesn't have a 1.5 sec GCD as well?
