  1. The storage area is called your "Cargo Hold." Open your map while inside your ship, and you will see a key icon representing your storage. Hope this helps.
  2. You basically have three options: 1) Keep armormech. Use this to suppliment any gear you may need. Mostly, use the craft to sell armor and make money. With this money, buy whatever else you may need. 2) Drop armormech, and pick up synthweaving. Your companion can then use what you craft. It may be easier to drop a craft at 100 rather than 400 (the max I think). 3) Make a new character with synthweaving. This way, you get both crafts.
  3. The customizations for Corso, Risha, and T7-01 (I believe) are in the back of the Taris cantina.
  4. If it worked previously, just use Windows System Restore to revert your computer back to a state when it did work. If this occurred immediately after the installation, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the program.
  5. Guild ships are one of the next things they plan to do after launch.
  6. I must agree that I was disappointed with the exclusive in-game items. Most of them are in my cargo hold. I was most disappointed with the training droid. The description was not only misleading but completely false. I couldn't have said it better myself.
  7. The only way to download it is to either buy the game or pre-order it. Since you no long can pre-order it, you must pay to download it.
  8. No, there is no way to mail items/credits to players on the opposite faction. There is a work-around though, and it's with the cross-faction GTN (Galactic Trade Network). Have both characters (one with item and one receiving) go to the GTN. Place your item on the GTN for a very, very low amount (ie: 1 credit). Have the other character buy the item. You just transferred it. Likewise, if you want to transfer money. Have one character post a trash item on the GTN and set the buyout to the amount you want to transfer. Have the other character buyout the item. You just transferred money.
  9. I do not repair any of my items unless they are completely broken. I typically find a new piece of gear before mine ever breaks, so you might be wasting credits there. The guild was a good chunk, but not very big. Posting stuff on the GTN (Galactic Trade Network) is fine as long as everything is selling and you're making a profit. Like someone previously posted, I suggest doing the space missions.
  10. Did you enter the Product Key into your account via this website? The key would have been sent to you by e-mail.
  11. I have heard of issues where people entered their new Product Key and the system told them it was already in use. You will need to contact Customer Support (by phone would be best) to handle this issue.
  12. The other night I tried this. I'm a smuggler and my friend is a consular. He was able to enter the personal instance hangar and see my ship. It wouldn't let him enter though. When I entered the ship, it simply kicked him out of the instance and back into the star port. Granted though, he didn't have his ship yet. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with it.
  13. There is a population field on the list of servers that indicates whether it is full or not. Here is an example screenshot. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-dxXrgUeFqPk/TuvXFfooIjI/AAAAAAAACxA/MmQ4iaugQo8/s1600/swtor+2011-12-17+09-48-25-84.png
  14. For Republic (only because that's what I play)... Smugglers/Troopers - Ord Mantell Knights/Consulars - Tython All classes converge to Coruscant at level 10.
  15. I invited my friend into a group to see my ship the other night. I had just got my ship, but he hasn't yet. He was able to go into the hangar and see the outside of it. It wouldn't allow him to enter the ship though. It let me enter, but it just kicked him out of the instance and into the star port.
  16. Currently you are stuck with your class-specific ship.
  17. I approve this message. Thanks for making an awesome game!
  18. Bring it back to the retailer (ie: Gamestop, Walmart, etc) and demand a replacement or refund.
  19. I saw the CE disappointment coming. I was going to give it a second chance, but after hearing a friend brag that his DE let him in the VIP store, I cancelled my CE order from Gamestop. After cancelling my $160 (with tax) pre-order, I bought the DE, a security key, and 2 months of game time. I still have $30 left. My only regret is that I didn't buy the regular edition. Most of the exclusive items went straight into my cargo hold. I agree with the majority of complaints against the exclusive items --dancer timer needs to be extended, training droid should be a pet, and speeder should scale with your level.
  20. I had the same problem last night too. Never could figure it out.
  21. It sounds as though you haven't entered your Product Key onto your account. You have only have entered your pre-order key. Check your e-mail and see if they mailed it to you. If not, it should come in tomorrow.
