  1. http://mmo-mechanics.com/swtor/forums/Thread-Guardian-Juggernaut-Focus-Rage-DPS-1-1-5 outdated - for pre 1.2, but it has some good stuff in there -- i'm slowly working on an update for 1.2
  2. I was in the party that didn't really mind whichever way force clap went, but I appreciate that the PTS changes reflect a sincere desire for the developers to listen to the Guardian/Juggery community's feelings as a whole. Cheers and kudos
  3. yes yes yes a thousand times yes to all of it - these are amazing pieces, and kudos to the guys and gals putting time into making this art
  4. Right on spot. In PvP - gear should be equalized. That way skill comes out on top. I want to compete in ranked warzones to see how I match up against other skilled players. I don't want to see how my gear matches up to their gear.
  5. THANK YOU! This guy has it right. I didn't sign up for the game and go to a PvP server to win cool gear. Gear = Stat Equalizer When it comes down to it, the only reason I even get gear is to put myself on the same stat playing field as an enemy. From there on out, it's skill that wins. OP, I PvP to PvP. Not for the rewards. Thank you for this thread and letting me know that there are going to be amazing top-ELO ranked games in the future. The only way you're going to get there is with this mindset.
  6. just read the thread title, and loved it. please stop running into my perfect grouping of targets and using your aoe knockback to drop my next attack from 30,000 damage down to 0 with a whiff. signed, your friendly, neighborhood focus guardian
  7. You're not meeting the goal of the OP. He's not trying to turn his son into a killing machine. The 8 abilities I listed above will allow him to do good damage. There are tons of abilities designed for specific situations. To be honest, a lot of players waste global cooldowns using abilities that don't maximize their damage and efficiency.
  8. jedi knights get spoilers on their shoulders /signed
  9. Jedi Sentinel Play Combat Tree 1. Blade Rush 2. Strike 3. Zealous Strike 4. Blade Storm 5. Dispatch 6. Force Leap 7. Rebuke - PvE (if he wants to do PvP, switch this for Force Camouflage) 8. Zen Mode - activate That's from a War Hero Watchman Sentinel - he said that Combat requires less buttons. If your son plays with these 8 buttons, he can still put out solid DPS, has defensive abilities, and will have a good time. They aren't in any particular order. Build up Focus by attacking, enter Zen mode at 30 stacks of Centering buff, and then spam Blade Rush. Combat Tree is very straight-forward, has high DPS, and is simple to learn. Your welcome and good luck!
  10. I got my guide approved to become an official SithWarrior.com guide! Cheers! That being said, I was going to update both this copy on our guild website, and the copy on there, but that is far too much work as the forum tags aren't exactly the same. So, I apologize if you're a visitor looking for the guide here, but I ask that you click one more link I promise it's worth it! http://sithwarrior.com/forums/Thread-Guardian-Juggernaut-Focus-Rage-DPS?pid=17436#pid17436 Also it'll be easier for everyone to leave comments, questions, and criticisms there There's not any secrets I'm holding back because I don't want people to achieve high numbers or because I want to keep a trump card in my pocket for ranked WZ's -- I'd rather there be more legit players out there to up the competitiveness. So, here's pretty much all I know about my class Jeanne d'Arc - Focus DPS Guardian

  13. My friends and I duel in the ships all the time. One of them figured out how to get a player to become invincible and essentially be a target dummy... Unfortunately I can't remember off the top of my head. I'll ask tomorrow and look to repost in this thread. I love the idea. Add it in on the same elevator level as the pvp arena on the fleet or dueling area. Dummies along the side like a gym or something
  14. man. i have always been and always will be a huge supporter of bioware's work, but today i keep running into stuff like this that shows me how much more preferred imperials seem to be. there's just so much more time spent on their faction.
