I'm Level 50 Marauder. I'm at the last part of the story and can't defeat Darth Baras because he kills me almost instantly. What do I need to do to defeat him?

I'm currently a lvl 31 SW and I can't beat him. I don't have any credits or equipment to sell. How can I defeat him?
