Even at 90% it's a bit too fast.
Just toggle walk. (The slash key - / )
The animation is more in line to the lumbering proper movements ... but it's slow (of course.)
When I get mine (Soon™) I will toggle walk in towns but on the outskirts where no one's around back to full speed. (Kinda like Clive Cussler's Oregon.)
Would it be possible to make a full cyber set?
Like, make the left legs and arms the same as the right side, so the whole body is mechanical?
My BH and companion are currently in full 505 and 512 gear, but I'd love to see them fully cyber.
Another close looking one is the Lhosan Torch: http://dulfy.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/lhosantorch1.jpg
150k from vendor on Voss. Rank 3, 110% speed only.
Their 'bleed' is from hydraulic fluids instead of blood.
And Force Choke cuts off power from their CPU, resulting in misfiring actuators in the limbs - the twitching.
And in regards to bleeds from lightsabers ... there's a Blade Power Adjustment knob/slider on them. So you could on the fly turn it down to not quite cauterize any wounds, then dial it back up for other attacks.

If you get really desperate, try this Lights Out Puzzle with Solver: http://www.ueda.info.waseda.ac.jp/~n-kato/lightsout/index.html
Just change the field to 3x3 and edit it so the blue dots match those on and red dots match those off.
Then type solve and there's your solution.
It depends on the helmet. Most helmets that cover the full head make the lekku disappear completely. Best thing to do is just search the GTN and try on some helmets.
Try a different chestplate and unify the colors. Sometimes it will dramatically change the helmet color. Had a helm that was a base gold color turn to purple due to my chestpiece.
