Hey All, Thought id introduce myself, I'm Cal, A 20 something guy from Ireland and budding web developer. I have been a member of the 'Remnants of the Jedi' ever since we first formed back in SWG (Naritus Server, 9 years ago). I was hoping for some feedback, positive and negative from the community on my guild's website that I have started to seriously develop over the last 6 months. It originally started out as a very very simple SMF (Forum) based site over 2 years ago. It's main purpose was to reconnect the old and introduce some new members to our community. Over the last year I was approached to redevelop it as the guild leadership wanted to move away from a simple Forum based site and to be more professional. They didn't just want the site to be a place to go to to voice opinions or concerns on the game but eventually use it as a positive recruitment tool. Anyways, You can find us here: http://www.remnantsofthejedi.com/ I am in the process of updating the splash page to match the current theme of the main site, but if you can provide any tips or critique I would really appreciate it as i'm still trying to piece it all together. "Alacrity has been redesigned to be a more universally useful stat. Now Alacrity reduces the activation time of all abilities, including instant abilities. If such an ability is reduced below the global cooldown, the global cooldown is reduced as well. Alacrity now also increases resource regeneration for all classes by the same amount that it increases ability activation speed." It is going to be a brave new world soon......

Shout out to Dark Jesters and Zenod for some good rated matches last Tuesday. Thoroughly enjoyed them and was good to get back into the swing of rated again after missing them for nearly 2 months...

You can either get the cookiie cutter sites above, or if you (or anyone you know) can edit php, css and html you can come up with something a little bit different. Our guild uses a joomla backend and we just updated the css ,html and php files for our own needs. Really wish we could combine all of the Naritus guilds onto one server. But the question is, are there any Naritus players left that are still playing?!

What do you think has changed in the last 6 months that we would go from: to the announcement of layoffs that Bioware seemed to boost as one of their strengths that they would not do? Thoughts?

Looks like yet another lie from the infamous Mr Oheln. The lack of black/white communication from Bioware developers is disgraceful.And when they do eventually decide to communicate, its either filled with enough PR spin, that you fall over from getting dizzy. Looks like you really wanted to keep the 'team' together eh James... I for one am terribly disappointed in the management and direction this MMO (Or I should define it as just O, since its certainly not Massively Multiplayer) has been handled. It like amateur hour in Bioware Austin, they just enjoy adding fuel to the already blazing fire that is associated with SWTOR these days. Pretty much everything that Mr James Ohlen has provided us as an insight into what they have been working on is basically a carrot infront of the player base to keep people reupping their subs, without any real content or delivery of promises made. Just a quick Question - Is anyone else getting the sound issue still since 1.2? It seems to happen during Flashpoints / Raids / Space Missions for some strange reason. its pretty hard to descriibe, but its as if some of the sound files stop getting played..

Couldn't have said it better myself. I know for a fact that I won't be hanging around playing a healer very much longer. You Literally get blown apart as soon as you step out into a warzone these days. The Damage Output has been tuned to high and healing output has been tuned too low. Making it a much larger gag to the perfect balance. I am very disappointed in the state Warzones are now in for healers. Long live the Zerg

Marketing ploy is a marketing ploy. This seems to be exactly what happened. Get people resubbing for 1.2., then we will drop the bombshell as close to the live date as possible.

Lol, the 'My Account' page is actually starting to freeze up due the usage at the moment. Wonder why that is... Patch 1.1 - Rise of the Raghouls. Patch 1.2 - Rage of the PvP'ers.
