  1. your rage is sexy! i never said anything about balance. i don't think it will be a tag vote system but i could be wrong. rage again because i like it!
  2. it means afkers and players who want to quit will have to pretend to do something for 15 minutes. like hide and tap spacebar once in a while. yes this game has failure on every corner. such potential wasted.
  3. "players will have the option to vote kick idlers." "idlers".
  4. someone will have to be flagged as idle before players get the option to kick.
  5. it will be a popup option to vote kick someone flagged as idle.
  6. yes, because their healing exceeds the clunky, costly, slow and subpar performance metric meter limit slightly. i'm quickly losing faith that this game will ever have an overall better combat system.
  7. i'm not sure what to make of your post. so it took almost 3 uninterrupted minutes for 2 dps to take out 1 healer in a huttball match where other players were running around not doing anything? relearn your class. stop exaggerating. stop asking for nerfs to make an already easy job easier.
  8. it did not have the star wars ip backing it up and why?
  9. here is my theory... customers willing to accept a subpar product will be content. customers not willing to accept a subpar product will not be content.
  10. what games combat system is swtor modeled after or closely resembles?
  11. star wars pvp vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PjNyyTf-Ac&feature=player_detailpage old cox pvp vid i have given feedback and thrown jabs at bio about combat, healing, movement, gcd... so i figured i would drop a vid to visually express more of what i have been talking about and looking for. i personally feel if your change your clunky and uninspiring combat package to be more coxesque (minus the travel powers), you could then actually live up to your marketing video where you claim combat to be "heroic" and "just plain exciting". cox is not without its flaws though, but the core of combat, the systems, movement, camera, animations, ability effects and so on, are far superior to what this overhyped $200,000,000 game currently has to offer. i would suggest some of you make a free cox account or load up your old ones (i believe one of your staff worked as a community manager for cox in europe so he could help guide you as well), study their combat system and take what you can from it. thanks for watching and reading!
  12. what is the point of making progress toward champion gear as a battlemaster? is this to gear up our companions that we can't use in ilum or warzones? to help us earn superior gear faster through a mix of champion/rakawhatever gear? i sincerely hope you get your reward systems (combat, ability trees and gear too) figured out soon because this is pretty terrible. edit: yes i know 25% rng on bm bags but that's not the point. edit 2: try this for starters... *lvl 50s with valor lvls 1-29 earn (and can buy) centurion gear bags that have a 75% chance for centurion comms/25% chance for a centurion item token. *lvl 50s with valor lvls 30-59 earn (and can buy) champion gear bags that have a 75% chance for champion comms/25% chance for a champion item token. lvl 50s with valor lvls 60+ earn (and can buy) battlemaster gear bags that have a 75% chance for battlemaster comms/25% chance for a battlemaster item token. something. idk. get it together folks. less vo and more modern day mmo stuff that is essential and makes sense. idc if this is a "classic model" of an mmo, when your hype meter blew the charts, you make advertising statements about "heroic and exciting combat" and "we don't want or players to grind", you have to start delivering at some point, especially if you are charging a mothly fee and touting an impressive development team behind the wheel. i like you bioware. i like the games you have made in the past. i like star wars. i like mmos. i don't like this game the more i experience and play. i have faith though, so start focusing on actually making this the best mmo in history.
  13. my sources tell me that bioware put in some super secret rng code after launch to determine if you actually get credit toward a daily/weekly win. after testing, they believe the win register percentage to be 25%.
  14. i can see it now... patch 1.1.3 new pvp daily- 100 laps around center without picking up a weapons crate. new pvp weekly- 500 laps aound center without picking up a weapons crate.
  15. reading that gave me "diarrhoea".
  16. i think it's what "working girls" get after a long weekend.
  17. i suggest sticking to pve content or participating in my sage/sorcerer video documentary challenge.
  18. i believe the site is awesomenessoftheswtortrees.com
  19. well, to be fair, the devs got the exaggeration ball rolling with their marketing videos.
  20. be nice when you talk about world of warcraft, it's the swtor devs "touch stone" of inspiration for all that you see and experience here.
