It doesnt matter minus the point that its easier to get WZs/FPs at off peak hours. TBH, every server ive been on had or seem to had more imperials then Rep. I know EU side, The Red Eclipse definitely has more Imps than Rep.

What about 50s looking for Social runs? Also, me personally, i love meeting new people. The LFG tool is there for quick and easy access, you start the FP, you finish the FP and its "Thanks for group, seeya" Whereas when i say in General "LFG for FP runthroughs" its mostly people that are a bit more chilled out that reply. Also, i have tanks and healers and sometimes the LFG is glitched. Its actually sometimes a lot quicker to general chat LFG. Hell, if we're going down this route, why dont we report everyone using General/Trade for saying "WTS *Insert name*" I mean, that is what GTN is for?

Now, i get up at 7AM, do all my stuff needed for work and then play for a couple of hours. Maintenance here is from 8AM-12AM usually. Which means the past week, i have had 5 days of not being able to play at all due to maintenance. Am i coming on here and screaming about the lack of service? No. Im being a grown up about it, understanding they are doing this to fix unforeseen bugs that have slipped through, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER MMO and trying to prevent anything from ruin the game. Also, i was of the understanding that most of the time the maintenance started at midnight over there? I mean seriously. "Oceanic Primetime"? Ok, Sure. Primetime is when most people are on, that is usually between 7pm and 10/11pm. Midnight is NOT primetime. And if anything, the people getting the short straw are actually eastern europeans who have servers down from 10AM-2AM. I would be highly surprised if more people played from 12AM-2/4AM in Oceanic than played 10AM-2/4PM in Europe.

Depending how long youve been getting them, may have something to do with the new Event. Probably gonna be some kind of Scavenger hunt for items so... Its also about a supplies company i think... Speculation at this time but expect something to happen in the next week or so.

Ive seen a lot of people complaining about this and i have the same issue with it as i do with every group finder. I mainly roll DPS just because theyre easier to solo in the game i find. When ive tried GF at around level 40-44 ive only succeeded in finding a group twice as DPS. Made a healer Alt. Trooper. Put my class as DPS/Healer and spent AGES finding one group (At level 11). After that, went in for another one and chose JUST healer. Found one in literally 10 seconds. I think it all depends on time you are on, which FP you can use. You have to remember that you have to have enough people searching or it wont find you a group...

Hear Hear! Unless you have an old 2003/4 phone or something? (Which are a pain to get internet on, even if they do have the internet) They had weeks of battery Smart phones have a few hours. And in response. I cant see how you would go about this. London (Where i live) had really strong weeks last weekend and it ballsed up my internet/power etc... But i wouldnt be expecting any free stuff because of that. You cant help certain things.

I was under the impression (Only from rumors and developer hints) that the next galaxy event was coming at some point this week which would explain the extended downtime. If this is the case. brilliant. If this isn't the case, oh well. 6 hours in a whole week isnt a big deal. Would you like your... what... 4 cent back that you miss out on? Think this is bad, massive diablo fan. Booked time off for a week at work just like i did for ToR early access. Blizzard had the game running for 20 minutes before server crashes for almost 12 hours. They then had 3 consecutive days of being down for 12/14 hours a day just because... No reasons given. And this was a single player game... WoW regularly has 4-10 hours downtime. Every MMO in existence has downtime. I hate people that moan about them bringing out fixes for content and adding new content. And its not as if this was unscheduled. We've known for months now the time and day of downtime so its not like they've just sprung it on us. And don't get me wrong, i work 2-10 every day. So downtime being 8-2 for me takes the whole day away. So what though, if it helps the game who cares. Edit - Also. Im still trying to figure out these ongoing months old gamebreaking bugs. People keep going on about them and I've actively searched for them income just to see where people are coming from. As it is, not once in my... 100-200 hours of play have i found one... The biggest bug I've ever seen was the Tattooine bug that had the light wall going through the place...

Tbh depending on what you do you will either be over or underleveled. Just do a couple of flashpoints and some Wzs. Tbh ive noticed i only underlevel if i just do class quests. Hated Tat and skipped most of the content and had to catch up. Look around for Area quests/Heroics and you'll easily catch up.

You realise you're suggesting exactly what got them in this problem? They started off in Early Access with a couple of larger servers opened from the start. Most people on Eu rolled on Red Eclipse and TOFN. They didn't want to open up anymore servers until they had people spread out over the servers opened at the time. What happened. People moaned they should be in earlier than others. Bioware then caved to try to keep buyers happy. What did a lot of feeble minded people do? 'Oh there's only 2/3 servers full, ill just join them on that servers.' Then it just ended up being everyone new joining one or 2 servers. This wasnt Biowares problem. They had a plan that was working perfectly before caving. So they bring in transfers which people all jumped at and switched over (Then to moan that the servers were busy on primetime /facepalm) Now people are complaining that they want more servers. You people will never be happy and i can guarantee you this. After being on Red Eclipse for the last 3 weeks i will not be transferring over to another server, nor do i believe many people will. Making more servers won't change the fact that no matter what BW do some contingent of the players will moan. Personally, I've had no queue issues, when i have had to queue i just do something else for a bit. I've never had any lag or graphic issues and Im using a laptop that isn't that great. I just think people need to chill out. Games don't always come out perfect or with perfect features. ToR has made massive steps in the last 6 months and personally i think it'll only get better.

I honestly think some aspects of this game have some of the best graphics I've ever seen in MMOs. Whilst some things do fall short. But playing through space missions, i just tend to admire the planets, asteroids and black holes.

Another 'How dare Bioware listen to the fans' thread then? Bioware listened to people and made transfers. They were optional. you must have realised that if you went into a more populated server that there would be more people... And datacrons? Really? most of them aren't hard to get at all. And the ones that rely on being good at platforming are brilliantly good. Having to have a raid group to get +10 one is fantastic. I mean, do you just want bw to give you everything? Next thing you'll be complaining it takes too long to level and demanding them to give you 50s from character creation...

You heretic! Red harvest was a fantastic book! It might have been because i absolutely love Death Troopers though and it was a prequel to that.. But yeah, my suggestions are death troopers and the thrawn trilogy. Allegiance is fantastic as well.

This is the thing, when i was on forums on EU primetime earlier, there was love spare for everyone on the forums... Now Im at work and its American primetime its trolling time.

Not wanting to get offtopic about what is actually supposed to be the point of the thread BUT. How did a basically dead server by your words get chosen as a destination server? Every other server I've seen chosen has been heavy at prime time mostly. Unless they merged 8 servers into your destination one which makes sense... Which brings me to another question. Why are you playing an MMO if you don't like populated servers?
