  1. 4m for BiS augments is cheaper than it was in 5.10. considering what it takes to even get the schematic for them right now, i'm wondering why they even sell that low. i would expect atleast 10m. especialy since they need 5 ember and 5 SRMs each, wich sell for combined ~10m on the GTN alone.
  2. you are right, you just provided wrong conclusions based of inaccurate observations. i´m trying to prevent people from taking them as facts or do the same mistakes. call it an argument, call it sharing opinions, i´m fine either way. still.......wondering why someone not trying to get involved into an argument uses exaggerations like "religion" or "magic" for pure facts based on simple math, tho......
  3. i'll try again as well: the behavior you are observing is simple messurement inaccuracy and therefor an adjustment to stats is NOT needed and wont change anything. period. i explained why in previous posts. btw. proving someone wrong != attacking them.
  4. what exactly do you want to know? the alacrity treshold are as follows: 1.4s - 7.143% 1.3s - 15.385% 1.2s - 25% 1.1s - 36.364% 1.0s - 50% these values are based on simple percentage calculation taking the rounding to the first decimal into account. stat formulas for all stats including diminishing returns can be found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1R20FOfta3jXS-zQqs40jcKU8zEou5fujMW_-71-micI/edit#gid=0 put the percentage values from above into the alacrity formular to get the exact number needed to reach each treshold, done. what OP is seeing and describing are simple inaccuracies caused by technical boundries of processing your inputs by the game, including human failures, delay from client to server, process timings on the server, read/write actions, transactions. even the fastest system is bound to the laws of physics, especially time. just because you are hiting your ability exactly every 1.4sec, which is btw. impossible, even if done by a script/bot, it doesnt get processed at the server every exact 1.4secs, because even machines need time to "do" things, that simple. in short: even an infinit amount of samples of abilities not being processed at the exact expected interval, doesnt mean the math is wrong. it just means you can neither process, nor messure the inputs 100% accurate.
  5. did you ever took into account that there is a delay for the game writing the log and a delay of starparse reading it? its not about human failure. 0.0XX Sec of delay is totaly in range for processing caused inaccuracy. that doesnt change your actual GCD. the "religion" you are reffering to is called math. wich simply states: if you get X % of alacrity, your GCD will be reduced by that amount rounded up. the "magical" numbers everybody tells you are the exact numbers at where you hit the exact X % reduction you need without wasting points to GCD rounding. some test samples with X amount of hits and Y amount of inacgurate GCDs is not math, its displaying the technical borders the game is bound to when processing and writing your attacks all the way into the combat log and starparse. precise formular are no magic or religion and cant be proven wrong by an experiment bound to the same conditions, thats how math works. therefore you are totaly right, there is no argument.

  7. no company of the size of BW/EA would ever admit that they are vulnarable to simple attacks. this would open the gates for every borred script kid and they would look way more dumb than they do by not being able to solve a "critical hardware problem".
  8. nice one. i'm starting to think that the problems are caused by attacks, not hardware or game failures. they would never admit that ofc, since it would be an invitation for every troll out there. but they cant be that bad at fixing hardware that it would take weeks to solve the problems. on the other hand, its hard to believe that a company like BW/EA cant defend against basic DOS attacks either.......

Might be my bad english, by why does ya first post today sound like you are going to emergency maintenance tulak hord first, just to admit that its primely a downtime for the UI fix an hour later?! Stop playing games and fix that ****in server. If you gotta take it donw for a whole day....fine, damage is done already, you can only make it better by reacting NOW.

  11. so you are prioritiizing some individuals(assuming 50% of the got the problem sitting right in front of their display by accidently choosing the wrong loot spec) over a whole server/community/area leaving the game cuz they cant play at all for like combined 30 hours at prime time in the last 7 days? cmon, you cant be that ignorant. eric is just one man, hes gotta set priorities, and tulak hord should definitly be at the top of that list right now.
  12. may i ask: did you bring multiple billions of credits into 6.0 and bought the mats you need? or did you farm them? if you farm them, how many hours did you spend for pure gathering? do you think the average player has the amount of credits/time to buy/farm these mats? i´m asking because i went through that process myself and burned through 600kk credits (no all of them spent for mats tho) and atleast 50hrs of farming/crafting the last two weeks to get all biochem schematics. i also did conquests with 16 toons this week, just to waste 96 SRMs on blue augments ending up without any purple schematic. do you think the average player will be pleased with the time needed to farm these mats, not to mention grinding 15+ toons through conquest each week? do you think he can even get any augment schematic before the next expansion is launched? little exaggeration on my side ofc, and i might got unlucky with the augment schematics, but i think you gonna get my point. oh i forgott there is still the option to buy the augs from GTN for about 15kk each, just takes about 10hrs of H2 grind per augment, besides paying for set pieces, rolling amps, or removing mods.

  14. i like how you prioritize some schematics over a whole broken server. one would think all ressources available are asigned to tulak hord, but obvsly thats not the case. atleast you accidently fixed the fleet. great job!
  15. pure dps. look at it like: if you can get free rage(enrage), why spend a GCD for generating it with a low damage ability(SA) and delay your dots? but keep in mind that the rotation shown in this guide got some tiny adjustments on where to place ravage with the new tactical in 6.0.

  18. workaround for stucked chars on fleet which cant interact with legacy bank etc: leave the fleet to any planet, after that everything seems fine.

  22. DotF Set gives Anni and Fury a 10% Damage Buff with 100% Uptime, because their (new) DoTs procc the Furious Rage stacks faster than the Buff runs out. Doesnt sound weaker than Death Knell to me.
  23. oh poor PVPers dont get what they want instantly again :(:( bolstered to max gear already, but we can always find new things we didnt get at character creation the amplifier system is based on effort, if you are smart enough. just farm enough amorings/credits, takes a lot of effort, trust me.
