  1. This week's installment is later than I would have liked, but it's also huge. Last year when I started writing, each post was about four pages in a Google doc. Coming back this year, they're all about twice that. This weeks cap out at a ponderous fourteen pages, but there are two things I wanted to cover here and two things I covered. Bit of an experiment here; I tried to write things such that there were as few " * * * * *" skips as possible. Didn't really affect the length (perhaps an increase of about a page?), I mostly wanted to see if I could I also probably missed a bunch of stuff that could stand editing because it's one AM my time... sorry about that. Tune in next week, same Sith time, same Sith channel
  2. The speeder that Bail Organa drives in Revenge of the Sith would be AMAZING!
  3. Black-purple. Craftable, but good luck finding someone who knows the pattern and still plays.
  4. Faithful readers! I apologize for not posting an update last night. Between work and a couple of other things (including a certain RO ban) my writing... schedule I guess you could call it kind of got shifted a couple of days. New update will be tomorrow (and probably generally on Thursdays from now on).

  6. I mean I guess they could construct a droid in her likeness? I'm pretty sure my Warrior chopped her into tiny pieces and threw each piece into a different star.
  7. Just because a bug has a big effect doesn't mean it's a big bug. It could be as much as a single typo in a line of code, on which hundreds or thousands of other lines are dependent. In fact, what eats up probably 95% of the time taken to fix a bug is FINDING it. 1% is the actual fix, and the last four % is testing to make sure the fix didn't screw anything else up. "So the bug is caused by this. Nothing is wrong with it... ok, what does this need to work? Oh great, have to check another 5000 lines... /wrists"
  8. Realtalk, things are going to go quite south on Tuesday, I think. I don't hate him, but he is pretty irritating. He's... punchable, I guess. But then I haven't taken a deep-DS character through KOTFE far enough for him to become a problem.
  9. I legit squee'd when I saw a new thread started by Lunafox in the Fan Fiction section, AND someone posted on my own story. It was like Christmas, only not disappointing! Myess, spite is a wonderful thing. Liatrix, I find, is driven by quite a bit of it, even in Foundation of All Desire The Sanctuary of Regret Review Notes Unum Caput
  10. Hey Lunafox! Thanks for reading Commentary after the break
  11. The same model but in different colors (blue and grey) can be obtained by Troopers - it's the gear you start the game with. I can't find if any gear has the same appearance because it doesn't show up in TOR-fashion's database. Sorry I couldn't be of more help
  12. Twitter modified their UI so I don't even know how to see comments anymore.
  13. Because KOTOR nostalgia, pretty much. But people forget they spent 90% of Manaan in KOTOR reloading a save file because they got eaten by a firaxa.
  14. This is not true either in Legends or in current canon. It took me literally 15 seconds on Wookieepedia to know you are incorrect. A little research goes a long way. (Fun fact: sucks to be anyone who crashes in the underground portion of the Boonta Eve Classic track, because a krayt dragon will eat you LOL) To answer the OP: As cool as it would be, unlikely. There just isn't the resources for such a thing
  15. Faithful readers! I have not abandoned you willingly: I may or may not have been on a 7-day RO ban. *cough* Anyway, next installment ready for your reading Episode XI Author's notes: Tune in next week, on hopefully the usual Tuesday Sith time, same Sith channel!
  16. Assuming you're looking at the characters at a point immediately after completing their class stories, I disagree on who would win with the Knight and Warrior. Don't get me wrong, the Warrior is powerful. But the Sith Emperor is not a moron; he would not select someone who could defeat him in combat to be his Wrath, and the Knight manages to out-duel the Emperor. Therefore, it stands to reason that if the Knight can best the Emperor, the Knight can best the Warrior.
  17. Myess. I only know it from Ep. III anyway, lol. Didn't see watch CW
  18. Felicia. Felucia. Close enough, amirite?
  19. I also have a bloodthirsty streak a mile wide that isn't evident (yet), and tearing people apart on my Shadow feels so nice. If you ignore the weird RP-disparity, of course: perfect Jedi, valor 70. Just ignore the mounds and mounds of dismembered bodies. >.>
  20. I don't get how this is such an issue for people to wrap their heads around. Legacy-based currency means all your characters on one server access your credits/comms/whatever from a shared pool. Send a toon to a new server, they access that server's pool. No credits on that server? That toon has no credits. It's... not hard? (But apparently is.) It also means you can't send credits to other servers, so I guess transfer to the high-pop servers and pay to get your ill-gotten NIM gains before they implement this
  21. Glad you approve! I was thinking about it today and I was like "man I'm pretty unhappy with this chapter; I could definitely have vastly improved some things before posting it" But then you were like it's great and now I don't feel so bad! Answers in delicious mint green after the break!
  22. Nightmare Brontes and/or Nightmare Dread Council in Dread Fortress and Dread Palace. They're so tightly tuned that if even one person makes the tiniest mistake, the group wipes. I love it! Edit: LOLOLOL I wrote almost this exact post in this thread two years ago and didn't notice. Clearly my tastes in masochism have not changed.
  23. It's actually quite evenly paced. Each sort of story "block" is around a year. Doesn't feel like it, but it's what's there: http://orig00.deviantart.net/005d/f/2015/012/3/f/swtor_story_progression__planets_and_flashpoints_by_dreamingeisha-d6wwupy.jpg Also fun fact: in beta we could kill Quinn. But remember what Quinn's pre-KOTFE role was? He was the healer for Warriors! So you have either a tanky Jugg or a particularly squishy DPS marauder, neither of which with much sustain in a fight. People got crazy butthurt over killing their healer (back when end-story fights like Baras were HARD), so they removed the option to kill him (and a couple of other companions on other characters). That's why our options are 1) LS: Forgive 2) DS: Choke 3) DS: Choke... again.
