Have you posted your ideas or thoughts on the Suggestion forum? you have alot of ideas and concerns from what I read. but maybe it would better to have your ideas and thoughts there also, so that maybe the Dev's can get a look for what you are trying to say. -
I urge you to post your ideas and suggestions on the Suggestions forum, so that Dev's can have a chance to look at your thoughts, without them just getting lost in the general discussion forum. I am not being condescending or rude in anyway, but you seem like you have a good head on your shoulders and I would like to see your ideas posted where they have a chance to be heard and or looked at. -Gith

I agree, the title gains more value as time goes on. when enough time has past people will ask "how do I get that title" and you have the honor of saying "You can't get it anymore, it was for the people who pre-ordered the game when it was brand new"

If you have any suggestions, I would post something in the Suggestion forums so that your thoughts and concerns can be considered by the Dev team.

Have you opened a ticket on this issue? if not I would suggest you do so as soon as possible, as it may be unintended problem that the development team is unaware of.

If you think it might be a bug, I would say report it so it can be resolved as soon as possible, and I would consider posting in the Suggestion forum, so that the Dev's can get a view of your idea.

If you have a Suggestion for the title you speak of, posting your idea in the suggestion forum should be considered so that the Dev's can take a look at your idea.

I was read your post, but then you used "Auction House" remember this is not wow. I find no issue with the current system, it works fine for me. But if you have a suggestion, then I would post it in the Suggestion Forum so that it can be considered by the Devs. -

6 year wow player here, and I love this game, I am not a "Fanboy" lol or w/e the term of the month is. I just enjoy the Rp, the voicing and the No LFG tool, I am in a community again, not just a "Wait for the loot pinata In Stormwind" I researched, I wasn't going to leave wow, until blizz announced "MoP" that was my final blow, so I tried it, and I loved it so here I am.

Seperate forums for US people and EU (English) people?

We are bonded by our language and our common history, we are the daughter country of the British empire, I will not endorse a separation of our people, because that will force a separation of our comradeship, and that is something I do not endorse. But really I love my Brothers and Sisters from across the pond. I see no issue. (British chicks are hawt >.<) -
Same problem in wow, range has the advantage over melee, but changing things as you have suggested will effect pvp, so everything has to be took into account.
